Nothing spectacular after long day of driving the bed felt great

Upon arriving, check in went really well. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant. My room looked ok, but the comforter on the bed clearly needed to be laundered. The light beside the bed didn't work. The bed was just ok. There was an odor to the room. like a residual smoke smell (it was a non smoking room). It was just ok, but not great for the money. I was excited that they had an indoor heated pool, but when I saw it, I decided not to go in. It was cloudy. When I returned to my room for the evening at a little after eleven pm, the people upstairs were extremely noisy. Sounded like they were pacing and banging on the floor. I called the front desk to see if they were installing carpet or something. He said he would call the room. It continued on for another 30 minutes and then woke me in the morning around 6:30. It was fairly close to Rock City and the reviews were decent, so I gave it a try. If you need an affordable place to stay, it comes with continental breakfast. There was a mini fridge in the room and single serving coffee maker in the room. I would recommend you look around and see what else is available for the price.

Rooms were next to each other even though we didn't think to request it. The continental breakfast was a little slim in offerings and tables to sit at, but I was asked if there was some reason I was not eating. When I responded "no yogurt," the lady at the desk went and found me some that had been overlooked when putting out the food. The inn is between two restaurants so no problem--Cracker Barrel on one side and Waffle House on the other. The pool was a little overcrowded with lots of kids. Overall, the price was right, and it served our needs for one night before heading up to Rock City.

It was nice to get in the pool with warm water, little to much of clorine but it was fun , good breakfast , I have my little puppy with and it was nice that the welcome pets.

It was ok, room was clean, the pavement in the parking lot was awful. The pool was a nice extra for the kids. The breakfast area was very small,so it was crowded. The bathroom cealing in my room started leaking at 3:30 am and then at 6:00. I notified the staff and weren't very concerned about my experience.

Bed was hard as concrete, pool was nasty, continental breakfast was a joke. will never stay at another Red Roof Inn!

It was cold and heat did not work properly. No room to eat in breakfast area.

Very nice and clean. Parking was tight were our room was. Had to park away from our room. Breakfast area is small when hotel is full.

The hotel was clean, and the breakfast surprisingly good. Our room was comfortable and quiet...after nine hours of driving, it was a nice treat.

The front desk personnel was not customer friendly, he never smiled and his attire is so crumpled and he has no ID or name tag. Very unfriendly . The bed linens feels to itchy, feels like dog fleas are in the bed.

1st room had a horrible odor. Front desk person changed the room. Breakfast was cold eggs, nothing else desirable, but oatmeal. Surprised for Ramada.

Clean room. Good price for a mini vacation or short stay. Away from downtown but a close drive. Good location.

They do not have secure protection for your visa information.

When we first got to the hotel it seemed farther out then we expected. However, we did find a closer route to town. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Only came in contact with one employee during our stay, he was straight and to the point, all business. Not socialable. Went to get breakfast, the area was too small and most of the food was gone. We paid a little more for the room thinking we would save on breakfast. Well that didn't happen, went to the Waffle house both days. The only thing that would bring me back is the cleanliness of the room. Not a 3 star hotel, maybe a 2.

This hotel was fine for the price and location. It was half the price of any hotel any closer to Chattanooga (downtown). Very easy drive to any attraction. We felt safe and the rooms were renovated.

The check-in and out was simple with the information I printed out when reserving the rom. The room was as nice as one could expect for the money. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was a bit musty but once we got the air going it was fine. Nice pillows and sheets. Bring your own blanket if you can. Room was clean! All upstairs rooms you have to go up steps, so go for ground floor if you can. The pool is very nice. Goes to 5', salt water so no chlorine ick smell. Breakfast left a bit to be desired but there's a Waffle House next store. Not sure it was worth the almost $100, but, the staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Had a very good stay. Received an upgrade. The premises is updated with plush linens and good mattress. WIFI was very responsive. The room had many electrical outlets that exceeded many other places stayed. Water was soft and pressure excellent. Toiletries were upgrade. Hot breakfast was standard fair but excellent for this price point. Will return in the fall on the way to FL. More than likely will be our home from home. Very pleased.

Single mom took my 2 daughters on vacay to Chattanooga for their first trip. The girls were 14 and 12. They enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. It was better than most hotels we have stayed in!!! Breakfast area was a little small and had trouble logging on to the internet but other than that, everything was wonderful!

The lady that checked us in was delightful and was very helpful. The guy that checked us out..not so much. The breakfast was not good. Stale bakery.
