Sheets stained found a pair of underwear under the sink from last people in the room disgusting and shower was poor not cold water had to keep getting ice for water to drink and the bkfst was terrible very soupy eggs poor options for bkfst

We stayed at this location for the last 3 years. This year it had really gone down hill. Floors were dirty and sticky. Bathroom sink held up with 2 boards. Sheets were to small. No pillow case on a pillow. Guess I’ll have to stay at another hotel in the area.

This was our second stay here. The first stay we rated it 5 stars. This time I have to give it 2 Stars. The bedsheets were stained, the towels had shaved facial hair stuck to them, the pull out couch had springs popping out, ripped up and dirty. I notified the staff and they took note of what I reported.

Musty room, but nice staff.

I wish I could give this place a better review, because they've clearly done a lot of great work to the place. Our room was newly renovated with great flooring (no carpet! thank god!)... but the HVAC reeked of mustiness/mold. That front desk brought up a ionizing machine to run for 60 minutes and that helped for about an hour after that. We were there for 3 nights and we all got more and more sick/congested with allergies from the mold the longer we were there. I even tried cleaning the in-room HVAC unit with clorox wipes, and left out bowls of vinegar as suggested online. I had to sleep with my head under the blankets to try and filter the air but that was stifling. The beds were comfortable. The location was convenient to several restaurants and stores. That front desk staff, Mary & Mr. Smith, were both super nice, friendly, and helpful. The morning breakfast person might need a helper because she was a bit cranky and unhelpful, but she also seemed frazzled with the amount of work she needed to do. All in all, it was an adequate place to stay other than the mold/mustiness, so if you're not sensitive to that, go for it!

Bedbugs, awful rude and aggressive staff. Threatening. Avoid like the plague. We were there 10mins. Did not even get a refund with trip insurance. Worst experience ever.
