Elevator not working

This property is not in a great area, additionally it’s very run down. Our air conditioner did not work and was extremely noisy all night, toilet didn’t flush. Staff was very nice and breakfast was fine. I wouldn’t stay here again but it wasn’t the worst I’ve ever stayed in.

Only one person working and had to wait a very long time to check in. Business center had no working computers or printers. No breakfast except coffee and juice even though it was advertised as breakfast included. Very close to interstate and all the semi braking was extremely loud. Was called by front desk saying my kids were too loud by simply walking across the floor.

The fenced in area for the dogs was nice, not much around ,it was clean.

Close to 24 and quiet. Room was clean and renovated. We found local restaurant down street with comfortable ambiance and good food.

Everything was fine except the pillows were uncomfortable.

A lot of dogs that barked all night! Carpet is dirty throughout the hotel (perhaps from the dog?!)

We choose this hotel because it's advertised as a "dog friendly" hotel and we were traveling with our dog. We arrived after 12 hours on the road to find their pet policy is no pets on the furniture or the bed or you will be charged a "cleaning fee" on top of the $20 pet fee. I do not consider this pet friendly policy. I would understand if damage was done having to pay additional but the policy says if there are any signs your pet was on the furniture you will be charged.

Very nice room but the showershelf was broken and the shower door leeked on the floor realt bad . The breakfast was nothing hot other than toaster food

Excellent Dog Walking area. Great Management Staff. Quite. Easy access to interstate and Great Chinese Food behind in the shopping center :) Fresh - don't let the storefront fool you!

Windows broke in vehicles in parking lot manager called police and they told us we use our insurance to get it fixed

I felt like I overpaid for a room. I booked this hotel because it was highly rated and with the amenities, it sounded perfect! But, with COVID, there was no breakfast offered and the pool was closed, which I understand. But then maybe partner with restaurants in town to give you coupons or a voucher for each night you stay at the hotel. That being said, I feel like over paid just for a room.

We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our AC and heat amenities to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.
