Not a good one. Couldn't relax, because didn't feel comfortable in the room. Some of the areas in the room wasn' clean which gave me an unsure feelings about the entire room and it had a mildew smell to it as well. I hate to be negative but I have t one truthful.

This is an old run down hotel but they have updated certain aspects... new vinyl floors, granite tables, leatherish sofa, awesome comfy bed etc. But the walls, bathroom and ceiling are old and need updating. I really appreciated the fact that there wasn't a fabric sofa or carpet. I was able to wipe everything down and know it was clean.

Where to begin... We should have known we were in trouble when we arrived at 9:30 p.m. to check in and the lobby was locked. We had to check in through a glass window similar to a theater ticket booth. Probably bullet proof based on the hotel's location. Our second problem was room location. They put us in a room right off the lobby near the vending machines, pool entrance, laundry, and bathrooms. We had to endure yelling, banging, and loud talking until way past midnight. We tried to get a different room, but the only other one available had a leaking air conditioner and the carpet was soaked. As if that wasn't frustrating enough, the rooms have vinyl flooring rather than carpeting. This magnified the noise coming from both the hallways and the room above us. I'm pretty sure there was a tap dance convention in town, and they all stayed in this hotel. The room Itself was terrible. Water damage in the bathroom, poorly patched walls, musty smells, stained sheets, sloppy paint job, and and air conditioner that ran intermittently and sounded like a Diesel engine. Some reviews stated that this hotel underwent significant renovations in 2014. If that's the case, then they've been hit by several hurricanes since then! Finally, the "breakfast" was nothing special. Muffins, cereal, a few pieces of fruit, and waffles.

There was blood on the covers when I entered the room and the room has roaches. The concrete in the bottom of the pool was coming up anyone could injured themselves. The highway was blocked luggage cart it was extremely noisy and in a bad part of town.

The location is horrible. The exit ramp for I 24 is right in front of the hotel and we were hit entering the parking lot when a lady ran the yield sign. The hotel staff never checked on us or acted concerned.

Only stayed one night on our way home. The room was spacious for the price. It looks as if they put some effort towards updating but some parts were still rough. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling all over and the toilet lid looked as if it had been chewed up by a pack of dogs. The beds were okay but the pillows were in dire need of replacing as they were flatter than a pancake. Also, water pressure was not great. And while the hotel is technically downtown it's in a industrial looking area and not within walking distance of anything. It also sits right next to the highway so road noise is really bad. All in all okay just to crash for the night but no more than that.

Much to our surprise this hotel is not in the best of neighborhoods, my wife was approached by a homeless couple living across the street in the vacant lot , fortunately she was walking our dog who was a deterrent , there were drug deals being done in the back lot, I was concerned to leave my truck unattended. as for the hotel itself , it was clean and the employees were very cordial. I personally wont return just due to the location, otherwise a good value for the money, its often difficult to find a pet friendly hotel .

Over all the hotel wasn't so bad. It had a small indoor pool to relax in. The area it was around was a little run down but it wasn't to far from things to do like the aquarium and the zoo. They also had a few breakfast items available in the morning. In downtown there were lots on little tours that went on all times of the day that seemed interesting. The biggest cons: -after calling the hotel directly to confirm it had a full kitchen and to know whether or not I needed to bring kitchen items. They said yes to a full kitchen but no to anything in the kitchen which was fine. Once arriving and checking in we learned it did not have a full kitchen as expected. The refrigerator was mini and did not have a freezer. And there was only a two eye burner stove no oven. They did however have a few kitchen dishes available to use. -upon checking in we were to sign a waiver if we were to smoke in the room there would be an additional $200 charge. That's fine we don't smoke. The bad part was we found a plastic cup on the floor with cigarette ashes in it. So now we know someone smoked in the room and it wasn't cleaned throughly. - online states they have portable cribs available. This would have made things a lot easier traveling with a baby, however, they do NOT have them available. A little inconvenient. -this hotel also stated online the checkout was 12. It's time was much later than other hotels and even on our reservation email confirmed 12. Once signing papers at hotel check out was 11. Not a big deal but a little misleading.

Good location near highway exits, gas stations and short drive to good restaurants. Hotel has nice indoor heated pool, ok breakfast options (no fruit). Rooms a bit stark but clean. Needs some updating. No towel bars in bathroom. No niches or shelves in shower. Basics ok.

Everything was good. NO disappointments. Jacuzzi was main thing I was looking for and they delivered. Also had indoor pool and continental breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Close to everything.

low cost room. very clean. Big room for the price. Close to downtown.

Booked for pool. Pool and hotel had been under extensive remodeling and the pool was closed. Continental breakfast was crammed into a small lobby and drywall dust and painting tarps were hanging everywhere. Should be closed until completed. This travel site should be better informed on hotel situations for their customer's sakes.

I didn't expect my room to be so nice. The decor was amazing, I wanted it to be my bedroom! The furniture was very modern in style, clean lines and black with dark marble like tops. There was outlets EVERYWHERE. Not only in the walls but also in the bases of the table lamps, and built into the fronts of the nightstands. The bed had a sleek black wood headboard adding to the clean line look in the room. There was a nice clean couch, with a nice divider between it and the bed, a black divider with frosted glass "windows". I wanted that divider in my house lol. The microwave and refrigerator were clean and the coffee pot easy to use. The bathroom had a very modern sink that was a raised basin on the counter. The painting on the wall was not the pastel eyesore you see in most hotel, this was a simple yet dramatic painting of red maple leaves. I've paid more for hotel rooms that didn't have a fridge, microwave, or coffee pot. This room exceeded all my expectations ten fold. I wish I could've stayed a few more days. They are renovating their rooms to all be this awesome, so hopefully everyone who stays here can be as impressed as i was. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

In that particular area, this is the only hotel I will stay at. Its comfortable and clean and the room is lovely since they have done upgrades on all three floors. Great stay.

BEWARE: This hotel rents rooms long-term to people, so there were lots of people coming and going, having friends over, moving furniture in and out. Not a good place. I had a guest pick up my car keys (that I had accidentally dropped in the hallway) and take them into his room. He did not turn them in to the front desk and it took me filing a police report and having the manager review the security camera footage to get my keys back. Guests were constantly going in and out to smoke right outside of the front door, so the smoke was drifting in and out all evening. Management was not on site when I arrived and took 2 hours to arrive, even after they knew there had been a potential theft at their facility. The one good point were the rooms....the 3rd floor rooms were recently renovated and were actually nice. Wood floors, a seating area, flat screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, and a big bathroom. The second floor was in the middle of being renovated, not sure about the first floor. The pool was out of order so not sure there. When I spoke to the police officer after I filed my report to get my keys back, he nicely told me that this was a bad area of town and that there have been car break-ins in this parking lot. BOTTOM LINE: ROOMS ARE NICE, BUT THE HOTEL IS IN A BAD AREA OF TOWN, MANAGEMENT IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND YOU WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH LONG-TERM RENTERS COMING AND GOING AT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff was 100% friendly, especially Jessica! Room was clean and there were so many plugs in our room we could all plug our devices all at the same time.

Heat Indoor Pool Of all the 5 star hotels I have been to only 2 had a indoor heated pool. Just off the freeway but I could not hear any road noise. Single room queen size bed and a couch table microwave mini frig HBO. Now I did not use the pool but it was clean. They were remodeling the 3rd floor so things can only get better. My only hope is they don't increase $ per room for what it is worth.

I reserved a room at this hotel for my son's birthday. It was just myself and 3 children in the room. The main selling point was the indoor heated pool - the water was freezing and the chemicals were so strong that my eyes were red and burning sitting outside of the pool watching the kids swim! At 12:30AM there was some banging on the door and rustling and the hallway which woke me up. At 3:30AM a group of people actually opened the door to the room with a working key and stated "they gave our room to someone else!" It scared me to death and I called the front desk clerk who proceeded to hang up on me (I could hear the intruders fussing at him in the background.) I barely got back to sleep and at 4:30 there was more knocking at the door!!!! I called the front desk and they said they would check it out. This was a scary experience, and after contacting the hotel manager repeatedly I have gotten nothing but the run-around.

We arrived to find the new owners trying to work the credit card machine. The pest spraying service pulled in right behind us, the rooms were not cleaned at all! We left and got a refund. I suggested they close for a week or two, clean the place and then start booking! What a mess!

We encountered thoughtful staff throughout our stay. And our king size bed was comfortable. But oh my, the condition of this hotel is so poor due to lack of regular maintenance and haphazard repairs. The bathroom door hit the curved shower bar so that the door opened part way. The hardwired hairdryer was pulled off the wall. The desk table legs wobbled dangerously. Drapery hooks were unattached causing the panel to sag badly. Soapy looking bubbles on the water's surface made the pool look unappealing.
