Complete garbage

Complete garbage. Half the hotel was under renovation and the other half was not in a state ready for receiving guests. The phone didn't work, the floor was so dirty that our socks and feet were stained black. Bathrooms are horrible with the worst quality of towels and wash clothes I have ever experienced. The absolute worst part is that you said it had a pool... Technically, I guess you didn't lie, but the implication is that the pool is functional and, you know, NOT filled with lamps and furniture. The only reason we picked this hotel was because of the pool. Beyond that, useless cable and no Internet. It wasn't the most expensive by any stretch of the imagination, but still, the price cannot be justified. I've had a less disappointing stay in certain port-a-potties.

The whole place is a bit musty and the bathrooms are old. It’s pretty clean, but the a/c wasn’t great. But the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Oh, and the water here smells funny. Don’t know if it is this hotel or this town. If you don’t need to stop, don’t, keep driving.

While the staff was great and curtious. The day after i arrived, an emergency came up at home and i had to leave. Expedia contacted the owners and were told no refund would be given. I knew that could be a chance, but still felt they just didnt really care as much as their staff seemed to care when i left.

This room was filthy, if it was cleaned prior to our arrival then a vacuum certainly was never involved. The walls were dirty, the sheets were dirty , the shower was absolutely disgusting and there were cockroaches inside of it. We went to the front desk to ask to change rooms explaining the situation and we were told there were no rooms, that the sheets were just stained, and they were aware of the bug situation and they’d been having a problem with them. Overall it was a terrible experience, and not at all worth the money we spent. Safe to say we will never do that again.
