It's historical building, services was good and friendly

Restored hotel located a few blocks from the aquarium. With the city's free electric shuttle the hotel is within great distance to everything downtown Chattanooga has to offer. The vintage hotel setting is great for a couple get-away as it is romantic and quiet. The staff and amenities were excellent. Great place to stay, we will be back!

The hotel was beautiful and the location was awesome! We ordered room service one morning and the food delivery was within excellent timing. The only minor issue we had was that the parking available is valet and sometimes it was a longer wait for our vehicle. Other than that, you will enjoy your stay!

very nice downtown area, beautiful city and area of Tennessee

I was able to bring my small dog (for a fee) and they upgraded my room to a suite. Room service was great! Thank you for a safe, clean stay!

The Read House is a beautiful hotel. Our room was spotless and the staff were some of the most helpful and courteous people we have come across in all of our travels. Even though it is downtown, our room was very quiet. We also dined at Bridgeman's Chophouse inside the hotel. Quite possibly the best meal I've had in years. 10 out of 10 all around.

Great location, loved the decor, and efficient front desk. The valet is a huge problem, took way too long and rhere is no self park.

the tour of room 311, was awesome! The room was clean and so was hotel.

The Read House was a very cool, affordable, and enjoyable place to stay. The room was very clean and simple yet very nice. The location was also great.

Breathtaking hotel. Our room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. Spacious and I loved the decor. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the combination of vintage glamour and modern amenities - great service, food and drink as well!

I heard Read House has along history in Chattanooga. I love the hotel and the staff were nothing but great. Recommend staying here to enjoy a weekend stay in Chattanooga

The hotel was beautiful! Very cool vibe in the whole place. Ask to have a tour of room 311, it’s super cool!

I am sorry you had a less than exceptional experience with the valet service. I am glad you were able to enjoy some of the other wonderful aspects of our hotel. Please come again.
