Room was cleaned to expectations. Staff was amazing! We stayed for my sons birthday, the staff left him a card and a goodie bag of treats in the room! We stayed in a corner room with a fireplace and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Clean, cozy and nicely decorated. Sam, who checked us in, was great. Very friendly and answered our few questions before we even asked. Location was very convenient to multiple restaurants and shopping with a short drive. Would definitely stay here again when in Chattanooga.

The room was very nice. Very clean. Comfy bed and pillows. Great shower. The best hotel breakfast I've even seen. Full kitchen. The only complaint is room 209 the non-stick coating on the pans was flaking off making them unusable. Everything else was outstanding
