Serenity Stay Principals and Owners,
I will attempt recourse directly with you and/your property before raising up this complaint and demand for refund to various parties including your Principals. If I do not hear back and if you do not refund the full amount of my stay this past weekend then I will raise this issue up to a number of parties, detailed below. I checked out of your property yesterday, October 26th, 2025, after my stay that began this past Thursday October 23rd. Upon checking in, I was immediately victimized with the "smoking/no smoking" scam you are committing on your guests that upon check-in subjects your guest to a situation of pressure to hear that the room they had reserved as "not smoking" was "somehow" booked as a smoking room. I fell for it myself under pressure, of course, upon checking in, but when overhearing you commit this scam on additional guests as I stood nearby in the lobby I realized this is an ongoing scam happening to other guests too. For Front Desk staff "Alex" and "D" to tell guests checking in that they have no control over 3rd party listings of their property is obviously a lie.
