Typical hotel room. The worst part was the bathroom. Multiple things wrong. Toilet seat loose, shower control knob wasn’t tight on the valve, the hand sprayer mount broken and the hose broken. Windows missing bug screens. This may seem trivial to some but I expect normally functionality when I travel. I hope this review helps some make their decisions easier. Other than that, the room was just a standard room, no frills and clean. The breakfast consist of coffee, water, pop tarts, fruit bar, fruit cup...that’s all folks. So much for free breakfast. On a positive note, first watch and IHOP is just around the corner. BTW, we stayed in room 301.

First room I was given had a chirping smoke detector, so I was then moved down the hall. Second room I was given had no towels, so I had to go downstairs and get them. Hallways were filthy. Vending machines were removed. No breakfast/gym/etc. for amenities even though they are all still listed on their website.

Staff was extremely nice. However, our room wasnt very clean. We had dirty rags under the bathroom sink. There was dried spilled drink on floor throughout the suite. I cleaned the floors with my sons diaper wipes. My son vomited on the bed, I informed the staff about it around 9:30 am. I told them again around 2:00 and they finally came and changed the bed linens around 4:00. As nice and friendly as the staff was,I dont think i would stay at this location again due to cleanliness.

We checked in after a long day of travel and shopping. When my mom went into the bathroom to wash her face, she found there were no towels in the bathroom, not even a washcloth. While I was unpacking, I noticed that one of the beds was very sloppily made. It looked as though it had been made for the previous guest, who then sat on the bed or placed a suitcase on it, just very lumpy. I called down to the desk to request towels and the bed be remade, I got a quick callback saying they were going to move us because this room was supposed to be off market. We were moved to another room at that time, where the TV reception glitched occasionally and the sound was often out of sync. But the room had towels and the beds were neat. The next morning at breakfast the food was average, however there was no caffeinated tea, decaf only. When I expressed disappointment the desk clerk did kindly offer me an energy beverage from the market, but I do not like energy drinks. Overall the stay was a let-down. The decoration was great and it looks like there was a lot of effort in renovating the property, but we had a lackluster experience.

I didnt like that when i checked into my room that that i wuz giving a room that was already being used by someone else. Plus i dont like the fact that since mt room that i had order online wusnt ready, so they just put me in a room that wuz suitable for me and not the one i has ordered online

I was charged for not staying there when u cancelled the reservation I was still charged... never again.... there was nothing anywhere that says the guidelines for a reservation

Lobby coffee was cold. Asked for more coffee packets, Told they would be placed in our room. They were not. No Kleenex in the room. When we arrived we were asked to come back in 20 minutes as they were not ready to give room assignments yet. We went for lunch and on our return the hallway to our room was littered with dirty linen piles, cribs and trash bags.

Room eas extremely dirty and seemed to have been in that condition for some time.

the first day we were there, the heater didn't work in the pool. the rest of the trip the pool was so over chlorinated that no one could swim. it was really disappointed. we weren't even offered any type of compensation.

We walked in to an overwhelming stench and had to spray stuff to tollerate the smell. We pulled out the pull out bed and the bedding was dirty and covered in what looked like pubic hair. Called and asked for new bedding . an hour later called again and finally after midnight got clean bedding for our kids to be able to go to bed.

I liked the cleanliness of the facility and the staff was nice. What I did not like is that this hotel is Andrei advertised on Orbitz as having an indoor pool. The staff members also told me the pool was heated to 79 degrees. However for 2 days in a row and even longer according to the lady at the front desk, the water was freezing and there was nothing they could do about it. The breakfast was also disgusting. The batter for the waffles is awful, the grits were made without water so they were dry and flaky in the pan and the muffins were ice cold and nearly still frozen. We ended up not eating and leaving dissatisfied. If I had known the pool would be closed I would've never booked the hotel. My sole purpose of booking was for my children to enjoy the pool.

When I arrived with my confirmation email. My reservation wasn't even in the computer. So I was lucky they had a room available. After getting my room number going into the new room that they gave me. There were people sitting there watching TV. That could have been a lot worse the fact that I have my kids with me when we walked in the door. Went down to the office and they gave me a new room this one had water damage in the bathroom. I'll never stay this hotel ever again

Dirty and disgusting. Rooms were dirty. My bed was undone when I got there. Sheets on floor, pubic hair in shower. Manager not on site and REFUSED to come to deal with situation.

Indoor pool and 4.5 out of 5 stars was the reason we chose this location. Not sure what happened in a short amount of review time but the place was filthy. Our room had not been cleaned; trash in trash cans, garbage under beds, pink algae and mold growing around shower, sheets had makeup on them, room smelled of cigarette smoke... hallways were filthy too. Front desk stall was nice enough, but someone needs to be inspecting the cleanliness.

Toilet wasn’t clean, had several spots on it. Very unlikely that anyone actually looked at it. One bed had fresh chunks of makeup powder on it that smeared and stained when we tried to clean it up.

First room I was given had a chirping smoke detector, so I was then moved down the hall. Second room I was given had no towels, so I had to go downstairs and get them. Hallways were filthy. Vending machines were removed. No breakfast/gym/etc. for amenities even though they are all still listed on their website.

WOW, another 5 out of 5. This really excites the staff as we are under new management and are working hard to better ourselves and the hotel to ensure all of our guest completely satisfied. Thank you so much

Staff was extremely nice. However, our room wasnt very clean. We had dirty rags under the bathroom sink. There was dried spilled drink on floor throughout the suite. We see that there was nothing really said but we were given a 3 out of 5 score. We do not know what the issues were either, however we are currently under new management and we are working to make sure that there are little to no issues. We know we can not be complete perfect ; so we will try our best to be at our best. We hope that you will give us another chance to show you our best.
