The pool is small and doesn’t stay open very long.

Great location and creative touches all around hotel. Very quiet in room. Don’t miss rooftop bar, very nice. We would stay there again but Staff seemed a step behind and the extra charge for a view is not worth it. You must book a suite to have view of river. They offered us a complimentary drink to compensate for view of the highway, then didn’t deliver it.

Perfect hotel in great location. Staff super friendly. All round excellent experience.

They were having hot water issues the first few days I was there but managed to resolve all the issues. There is no room service and the on site food options have very limited hours. Overall the property itself is beautiful with a great staff in a perfect location.

great hotel! bed was amazing, room was perfect. will be back for sure

Great location. Nicely decorated. Located by pedestrian bridge and the Aquarium. Definitely a place worth coming back to. The queen /queen room was snug, wish it had another 2 ft of girth. The staff was very friendly and valet was quick.

The restaurants were not open daily, the one in the lobby didn’t open until 5:30. No where to get coffee other than the room, and the restaurant on the roof opened at 5pm and is only for 21 and up, so NOT accommodating to families. Restaurant staff was rude and inconsiderate.

The lobby and rooms looked much nicer than a typical hotel, but the room cleanliness was not the best. Smears on the bathroom wall, obvious dust on the chandelier. The elevator key access stopped working and we had to use the stairs- thankfully we were only on the 2nd floor. Room service knocked at 9:30 am when checkout wasn’t until noon. We were away from our kids and was looking forward to sleeping in longer.... definitely didn’t meet my every expectation.

Awesome hotel and atmosphere. Great rooftop bar. Restaurant in lobby is really good too. They have guest bikes which was great. Location is the best!

Excellent location. Within walking distance of the aquarium and shopping area.

Wonderful location, great staff. The 5th floor is a special treat with its comfortable seating, beautiful overlook, great food and lovely art!

Love this hotel and I cannot wait to stay again!!! Everyone was friendly and helpful. This is a beautifully designed hotel, the room was dreamy, and I absolutely loved the shower. I enjoyed listening to the musician at the end of the day and relax with a drink. I didn't want to leave and come back to reality. :)

Quaint hotel with excellent customer service! Highly recommend!!
