I stayed on the 7th floor and experienced constant noise throughout the night. There was intermittent banging coming from the walls, possibly due to plumbing issues. On top of that, hallway noise, doors being slammed by other guests, and loud outside noise made it nearly impossible to rest. This was by far one of the least peaceful hotel stays I’ve had.

The staff were so nice! They told us the best place to watch the NYE fireworks and helped us with any questions we had. The breakfast vouchers that were part of our room deal were a great bargain since food was made-to-order and not a buffet. We will absolutely stay here the next time we're in town.

First, the mattress in our room was absolutely terrible. My wife and I both woke up with significant back pain. The mattress was so uncomfortable that we could clearly feel the springs pressing into our backs, making it very difficult to rest properly. A good night’s sleep is one of the most basic expectations of a hotel stay, and unfortunately, this was not met. Additionally, the breakfast experience was extremely disappointing. The options were very limited, and we were told that we could not order more than one item. For example, we were not allowed to order both eggs and fruit at the same time; we were simply told “no” without any explanation or alternative. This felt unwelcoming and unreasonable, especially for paying guests. Overall, these issues negatively impacted our stay and did not meet the standards we expected. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider improvements to ensure better comfort and service for future guests. I would appreciate a response regarding how this matter will be addressed.
