This hotel has a terrific location. It is adjacent to the Tennessee Aquarium and close to everything downtown. There many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel is clean and well-maintained.

We liked that the garage was connected and they gave us a parking pass so we did not have to pay every time we left, the staff were friendly, but there was no room service, we found out the next day that our rooms would not be touched as far as taking trash, refilling coffee, or cleaning or bedding-we stayed from a wed afternoon to a sunday morning. Anytime we needed a towel we had to ask for one-and our small trash container was overflowed so we had to take care of that ourselves--the bar and restaurant in the hotel were shut down as well. We had a major ant problem in our room, let them know and unfortunately the ants were with us the whole time, crawling up my legs while brushing my teeth, and they were even in the shower. We can understand being short staffed, but when you pay for these amenities, you expect them-and we are easy going and don't usually complain about things-just wish our stay was more comfortable

A little worse for wear. Out of shampoo and body wash when I went to shower. Ceiling in bathroom had yellow maybe mold and looked like it was about to fall in in one spot. Waited for a while to check in and eventually had to find someone myself

Very conveniently located. Clean, modern rooms. Great views.

Our hotel stay was great!!!

There was blood in my comforter. Nothing was really done about it. I was given a clean comforter and that's it. I want offered for my sheets to be replaced or remade

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and offered fun/dinner suggestions each time I asked (visiting from out of state) The hotel was very clean. They have hand sanitizer available for employees and guests.

I loved the location, but was disappointed in the continental breakfast and the indoor pool. Also, our shower head leaked and sprayed everywhere and we could hear all the noise from the outside. Other than that overall I would give the hotel a 4 out of 5 just bexJSS

COVID closed down the bar which was unfortunate. Overall we felt safe and enjoyed our stay. Parking was $12/night on the opposite side of the building, but it worked. It’s an awesome location.

The hotel is in need of updating. We had to request a new shower curtain liner. The old one was covered in mold. We never even received new towels or had the room cleaned. There are no USB plugs, so make sure you bring your phone charger plug. I was very disappointed with this hotel. It is convenient to many things but it very, very dated.

Love the location since its close to the riverfront

I enjoyed that they had Happy Hour in the bar until 10 p.m. on a Sunday night. My family in was town for a funeral. It gave us a meeting place to fellowship and upwind together in one place before the next day's event.

It was right downtown in a great location ,walkable to everything. Did no like that i had to pay for parking!

First time staying at this hotel in Chattanooga and it was very nice clean and affordable! Super easy to anything downtown. Next door to tram service and walking distance to all activities and restaurants. Only thing is could use a update in rooms :)

Very convenient and staff were especially helpful- even at 5:30am

Lobby was very nice. Rooms were dated and in need of a remodel. Location is great. Very close to the river and good restaurants.
