The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Five stars! The room I stayed in had pluses and minuses. Plus, plenty of space, floors are not carpet which is a big plus. Minuses, not sure how clean the place was. I spilled my water bottle on the floor, used a small hand towel to clean up the water spill, when done I looked at the towel and it was almost black with dirt picked up from the floor. Maybe the floors are not washed between customers? The room was somewhat tired looking in terms of bad ceiling repair job, the wooden bed frame was beat up. The room HVAC unit cover was half off and there was dirt under it. I tried to re-attached the cover as I was concerned it would simply fall off. The bed was too hard for me so I struggled to get comfortable. There was no sound control between my room and the adjacent. I could hear everything going on the next room. Lastly, they charge for parking overnight. Maybe I'm being too critical but I've had better stay experiences. Otherwise, it's a nice looking hotel and again the staff were very friendly folks. Would I stay there again? Hard to say...

This place definitely needs a scrubbing from head to toe! My least liked Hilton I’ve ever stayed at. Furniture beat up, floors dusty, shower not clean, hallway floors with debris, and paint peeling off doors, thankfully i was just there for 1night. I would not recommend.

The check in staff was great! I had spoken with him on the phone the day before and he was also the one that checked me in. Very nice, polite and knowledgeable about the area. The bartender was great, too!

Will stay there every time I’m in Chattanooga

The gentleman checking us in was incredibly friendly and very pleasant. We enjoyed the location and liked that we could walk to most restaurants and bar. Our room was very clean and quiet.

It was very clean. Staff was extremely friendly. Indoor pool was very nice. It was also very convenient.

Overall, it was a good experience. We'd call it just a 3.5 star, but the staff were professional and friendly. The disappointing part was the pool quite small, and it was closed the great majority of the time--only open on limited hours on weekends. Breakfast was a breakfast sandwich in a brown bag, with juice. They had tea there, readily available, but the staff person reprimanded another staff person, "we decided to just serve coffee..." We do understand the restrictions of Covid-19, but it seemed the pandemic was used as an excuse to limit services so severely more out of convenience and making things simple so staff can sit... I generally give very positive reviews at places. Yet, once again, when a staff person was approached they were almost all friendly and apologetic.

It was fine; nothing was exceptional but everything was good. Except the staff repeatedly knock on the door when the DO NOT DISTURB sign is displayed. It was explained to me by a stsff member that it is their policy to check on the people in the room. That was very unnerving and counter intuitive. It was frustrating.

Fire alarm went off twice early Saturday morning. No staff at front desk before 6am.

Nice hotel walking distance to restaurants/attractions. Only negative was shower rod needed to be fixed.

When checking in with our family of 4, we were told that they did not have 2 queen beds in our room, as our reservation had confirmed. When asked why we didn't have our room that we had booked, we were informed that "it's the right room, just not the right number of beds". We were drop jawed and could not believe that was actually an excuse. We ended up having to ask for a roll away (which they left in the hallway without bedding). When we finally got the bedding, they threw it on top of the bed in the hallway. When asked if they were going to put the bed in our room and make it, we got a nice "huh???" From the housekeeper. We gave up on that one and asked if we could just get more bath towels, as there were only 2 in our room. About 2 hours later we were given a couple of wash clothes and hand towels. After a restless nights sleep with our 4 year old in bed with us, we went to breakfast to be informed that the hard boiled eggs had just been taken away, due to them being rotten. A mom next to me stated that her son noticed that they didn't smell right and was thankful he did not try to eat it. I think we have definilty decided never to stay at this chain of hotels again.

Amy, was great! Great staff, very convenient, will be back.

Very convenient and everything is a walking distance around you. The discovery museum is right next to it as well as the aquarium and the imax theatre. Staff is very nice and pleasant.

Hotel is in great location for the aquarium and children's museum. Very helpful staff!

No amenities, out dated rooms, mattresses are uncomfortable, bar was never open and they charge you for everything even parking.

Very clean, professional staff extremely accommodating. Awesome location for hitting the downtown attractions. Had a room with a private balcony and jacuzzi in the room which was epic on a relaxing level. Bed was comfortable. Thumbs up from me.

Hotel was in perfect location for walking to great, local eating spots. Also could easily walk to river and catch the dinner cruise on Saturday night. Would absolutely stay in this hotel again.
