If you are in Chattanooga to visit the Tennessee Aquarium this is an ideal location. The only reason I didn't give them a perfect score was because we asked for extra towels as there was only one in the room and we received it the next morning. Otherwise it was a great stay, great breakfast buffet too.

Great service. Great location. They've a normal breakfast, but also light dinner in the evening too, which made having meetings at the hotel very convenient. The food was good too.

I Reserved two queen beds and they gave me one king bed for a party 4

Really liked the location as it was very near most of the activities that were in the area. Disappointed in the room itself as it was not cleaned well and was very worn out. We called and asked for a cleaning or another room and received neither. There were "odd" stains on the couch so we had to cover with sheet. Food debris on floor, some kind of stick black substance on floor, maybe old chewing gum. The pool was nice and indoors but it was freezing a first for me with an indoor pool. Got sick after eating the buffet pulled chicken sliders.

The room I was initially given was a handicap room, which was tolerable but awkward since I'm not physically challenged. However, the ambient noise made restful sleep impossible. I am a light sleeper and I believe I heard three different air conditioning units (including my own) click on/off constantly. I could also hear it every time the rooms above me flushed their toilets, plus some sort of construction on the street below at very early hours. On the third night of my stay, I requested that I be relocated to a quieter room and they graciously obliged. The staff was very polite and helpful and both of the rooms were very well kept and cleaned.

We visit Chattanooga often and always pick Staybridge! It's clean, affordable, friendly, and they have a great breakfast!!!

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel location was perfect for our planned activities. We went on a Duck tour of the Tennessee River, ate dinner downtown, saw Ruby Falls and Rock City. All were within 15 minutes. The included breakfast was more than we expected and quite tasty. The parking was ample and reasonably priced. When booking the room, they offered a smoking option. However, the hotel is smoke-free.

I attended a convention near this hotel. The convention hotel was full, but I was rewarded with this jewel! Great hotel with easy access to downtown areas. The staff was great, and I had the added bonus of free dinner most of the night! Would definitely recommend.

I stayed at the hotel when I was in town for a conference. It was a pleasant experience. Recommended.

The hotel was great overall, and the staff was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever experienced.

The only complaints: that annoying set up where the sink area is outside of the bathroom. Also - no ability to purchase movies. They have a bunch of channels, but no movie selection.

Very quite and very clean.I will book this hotel again next year.

we were happy with our experience. pet friendly and helpful staff, about a 1 mi walk to river area

Friendly staff, great breakfast bar, clean and quiet rooms. Rooms have every thing you might need on a short or long stay. Hotel is close to the free shuttles, just a few blocks off downtown.

Location was great in downtown. It is next door to the convention center, though that is not what we came for. Rooms were clean, a tad bit small. Mattresses were a bit unforgiving. Pool and got tub were excellent, and breakfast had plenty to offer. A good value at a reasonable price.

My family of 4 stayed in the double bed suite for 3 nights. Having another living area was perfect for when someone was ready for bed while others wanted to stay up. Tuesday thurs Thursday nights they offered a "reception" which included food as well as beer and wine... All included in your stay!!!! A hot breakfast was also included. Great for the kids as well as the parents. Looked like the hotel had been recently remodeled. Clean carpets, nice furniture, and comfy beds. Only draw back is the electic shuttle stop was a long block away, but not too bad of a walk. Will definatly stay here again!!! Great time in Chattanooga.

Location is good...not right in the art district but only a mile or so away from the aquarium & the river. Only a couple of miles from Rock City & Ruby falls. The rooms are great little suites....everything you need for a few days away. Every person I spoke to on the staff during our stay was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay there again the next time I visit Chattanooga.

this hotel is right next door to the convention center with easy access to the free shuttle that takes you to the aquarium area. see rock city and the incline was only a short and convenient drive away. the breakfast buffet was varied and good as well. I will definitely stay here again.

We loved our hotel room. It was clean and very cozy. The location was great too! We were able to walk down town from the hotel. We will be definitely be staying here again!

Great rooms, but not sound proof. Next to Intersate. Location across from Convention Center. Terrific full breakfast.

I apologize that you didn't receive the room that you had anticipated. Each room has a pull out sleeper sofa, but for a party of 4, that may have still been inconvenient. For that we apologize. We hope that the other parts of your stay were still comfortable and met your expectations. We hope you will stay with us again.
