Location to restaurants and attractions was fine. Parking garage was too close to hotel entry. This made checking in difficult. No free parking. No free internet. No complimentary breakfast. Other hotels offer all these amenities free! Also bathroom door and toilet seat were broken when arrived. Toilet seat was a cheap plastic one and kept breaking!

No safes in the room. The toilet seat was wobbly needed repair. Door to bathroom was glass and your couldn’t leave the light on at night to see where you were going. Should put a night light somewhere.

Great location. Our room wasn’t very cool no matter how we adjusted the thermostat. Staff - from front desk, valet, to housekeeping- were all very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay, great service, great staff and beautiful room!

It is a nice hotel and AMAZING staff. Everyone was the BEST I have experienced recently. The only thing missing was a safe in the room. A safe is usually standard in a hotel this size and price range.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Great downtown location.

Brett at the front desk made a great first impression on our family during our check-in and that made a world of difference in setting us up for a great experience during our stay. Sadly, having to pay for parking was a big turnoff that would affect our decision in returning.

Room was just average and renovation going on across the hall with constant banging. Pool closed due to renovation. Should really let people know about this before booking. Coffee maker in room, but no coffee, sugar or cups. Expected more out of Marriott.

Staff was attentive, personal and professional. Will return!

Overall good experience. Hotel food was not the best, but staff very helpful.

Car was robbed while in valet care. Several expensive items taken.

i've stayed this hotel first time for me. Here is middle of downtown and it's easy to accesss amywhere.

Stayed here for a convention. The convention center was attached to the hotel which made it convenient. Great staff, good facilities, rooms good, but are in need of updating. No room safes, or refrigerators.

This hotel is downtown and it is pretty easy to get around in Chattanooga with the free shuttle running about every 15 minutes. The valets at the hotel were excellent - very polite and one of them gave us excellent directions the morning we checked out. I asked the same question to a member of the desk staff when we checked out and her answer made absolutely no sense at all. Our room was hot and the air conditioner never worked properly during our stay. They sent the maintenance guy to check it out. He said it was cooling, but it took hours for the room to get cool and we had to keep the curtains completely closed the entire time (2 days). The maid knocked on the door way too early, and when we asked her to come back later, she said she couldn't. I then asked her just to leave some clean towels and she pretended that she didn't understand English (although she understood perfectly just minutes before when I asked her to come back later). We could hear talking and the tv from the next room, and lots of noise from the halls. If you sat on the edge of the bed, you were in danger of sliding off. The bed was way too soft.

Everything was great from the check in process to the customer care, the room and amenities.

From the time we pulled up to the hotel until we left, the staff was friendly and helpful. They offered to park our vehicle, handle our luggage, and the lady that checked us in even offered to make us dinner reservations. When we got to our room, it was clean and inviting. After being on the road for several days, this was a refreshing stop.

Loved the hotel but they did not clean the room one day and I had to call down to the desk and it did not get cleaned until 8 pm. Breakfast in the hotel was not good. Do not waste money. Staff was very friendly but housekeepers did not speak English so could not communicate with them.

So happy to see such positive feedback from you stay. Our staff really strives to be the best and it is great when that is recognized. I understand the want for a safe in the room, while we don't have any in the room we do have them in the front office for guest use. We hope to be able to host you again if you find yourself in Chattanooga.
