Lake Norman Waterfront Penthouse Condo

The views of Lake Norman are wonderful. Sip morning coffee on one of two decks while watching the professional water skiers practice or maybe catch the amazing sunset on the top sun deck with your favorite beverage. This condo has 3 bedrooms, two with king size beds and the third with a queen size bed. There are 2 full baths, the master also has a jetted soaking tub. Sitting balcony off the living room and sun deck steps off the loft bar. The community pool is gated and private for the condo’s use only. Two restaurants on site, both with fabulous outdoor patios, couldn't be more convenient to catch an evening of live music on the waterfront. A Salon/Spa is our newest neighbor. Did I mention our building does have an elevator! One of the very few buildings with one and we're the closest condo to it! We have lake access for swimming and kayaking but the docks in the photos are privately owned and will not allow access.

The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
