Smelled like cheap air freshener. There were spiderwebs in the corner of the ceiling. Pillows were washed but there were faint blood stains in the fabric. Other than that, it just needs to be updated

Hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. Social distancing protocol in place- plastic shield at front desk, grab and go breakfast. My two 14 year old boys were thrilled that the outdoor pool was open. Limited pool occupancy made social distancing in the pool easy.

We stayed at this location for a seminar that we attended in Charlotte. We were very impressed with the comfort of the room. Had a small kitchenette area including a sink, coffee maker and refrigerator / freezer. Laurine,the evening desk clerk, was so very helpful. We called ahead to make sure that our late checkin was noted. She was able to ensure our refrigerator was on prior to arrival. She gave us several suggestions for dinner the next evening. We would definitely stay here again.
