Summary:
Perfect for Nurses, Doctors and Professionals. Conveniently located in Downtown Charleston. This large, light filled studio apartment is available for 30 night minimum stays. The unit features a huge private balcony & has its own private entrance. The building was completely renovated in 2015 and showcases modern design & decor. One off-street parking space is included at no additional cost. Great location with quick access to surrounding areas.
Please note this unit is handicap inaccessible.

The Space:
The studio features a Queen size bed, cozy sitting area, and a quiet private workspace. The ensuite bathroom features a large tiled shower. The large private kitchen includes a full size fridge, dishwasher, electric range, microwave, toaster oven, and cooking tools/utensils. This unit has its own exterior private entrance with keypad lock.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to their private apartment + private balcony.

The property is located in one of the most vibrant downtown Charleston neighborhoods. Step right outside your door and find a wonderfully curated mix of shops, bars, bakeries, and dining.
