Stayed at the resort for family vacation. Loved the food choices as an all inclusive resort. Kids loved hanging at the different pools available. Room was a little dated and could use some renovations, but other than that. Had an excellent stay at the resort with great customer service and awesome staff.

Liked the number of pools and the entertainment at them, although it could have been better. For instance, no foam parties... The drinks were great and so was the food options. Did not like needing to take golf carts to get around so often. Also, significant lack of entertainment at night

This was our third trip to Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. We continue to come here because it impresses us every time. We really haven’t seen a reason to go yo any other resort. Dining options, service from staff, views, rooms, pools, so many good things we love about this resort.

Excellent views of the ocean and surrounding area from almost everywhere. Food selection and quality was amazing and very tasty. Multiple pool options available with shallow water for young kids and ample seating. Some of the ground-mounted umbrellas at the kids pool did not create enough shade and could not be moved. The resort is built into the side of a cliff, so they have an efficient golf cart service to quickly shuttle people around.

We had an amazing time! it truly exceeded all of our expectations! The grounds are beautiful! The food was amazing! loved the restaurants and marketplace. The staff could not have been better. Everyone was happy, kind, and so helpful. It was a perfect week! can’t wait to go back.

We’ve always stay at all inclusive for the convenience. We were quite surprised that the restaurants had an additional charge. That is not all inclusive. Also disappointing we couldn’t get near the beach and water.

Most amazing views! Friendly staff. Property well kept. Prompt service, including golf cart drivers. So many pool options. Only complaint would be I wish our rooms were cleaner. Toilets, floors, showers, etc
