Pueblo bonito rose is located in a great place, the marina and center shops are all located near. The only thing is the service from the restaurants are a bit slow. The room service was awesome.

We liked that you could use all Pueblo resorts for food and activities - didn’t like that there was 1 day that our towels and personal belongings were taken and moved and our seats given to another group of people. We were told there was a 30 minute policy of no-leaving the chairs unattended. Complete nonsense considering there were not even 10 people out by the pool that early in the morning and we had only gone to the gift shop to purchase a t shirt and the coffee shop. The other group just wanted our chairs so they could seat their entire group. Other people around us told us this had happened.

We booked in PB Rose. Was told at check in that there is no room available so they are placing us in the sister resort PB Sunset. Turned out to be great! We loved everything.

Cecilia at the front desk was great during our checkin, especially with how poorly Orbitz treated us with our trip the day before and the 1st day of our trip. Unlike Orbitz, she solved problems right away. The hotel was overbooked, so she got us over to a sister property for 2 nights and we were able to go back to pueblo bonito rose for the last 3 nights. Food was very good and the service in the beach area ( Gustavo) was very good, Pedro was also very good. Jonathan at concierge suggested Cabo Adventures for sailing and it was an excellent suggestion.

I experienced a very long wait for food at the restaurant. I also experienced a long wait at the bar most times (even with tipping). I found that not all of the beverage options that were promised as the all-inclusive were actually available. Everything else at the hotel was nice.

I liked that we were allowed to use the facilities of 2 other properties besides our own

Solid 3 star resort. First room was dated and in need of repair. The second room was far better making it a solid 3 star resort. Service was ok. We tipped with everything as gratuity is not included, but still received average at best service where we found ourselves waiting for a server by the pool and beach on a regular basis. Location is great and my suspicion is the PB Los Cabos next door is a better place to stay...

Prepare to be gauged. We had an extra person decide to join us and share our suite after we had booked it. We called the hotel reservations line and they said it would be an extra $135 per night. I asked if we needed to pay that in advance and they said no. When we arrived, they charged us an additional $172 per night and said that the lower rate was only if you pre-paid. Total bait and switch. Not surprising - everywhere you turn there is an up-charge on something at this "all inclusive" resort. The staff, other than at check-in, were mostly nice, and being right on a beach where you can swim was awesome. Otherwise, the hotel, the food, and the watery drinks were all pretty underwhelming.

Just returned from a 7 day trip to Pueblo Bonito Rose. There were 4 adults and two children in our group, and we all had an amazing time. The food was excellent, including fresh sushi. The drinks were excellent and refilled quickly. The service was excellent, the staff seemed truly anxious to help at all times. Being able to take the free shuttle to Sunset Beach was amazing. It felt like an excursion but it was included (and easy). If you want a family friendly vacation, this place is perfect. Plenty of activities for the kids and lots of relaxation for the adults in a clean, safe enviroment. We will be back !!!!

Great food. Even though all inclusive you have to sign for everything service is often slow. Top shelf liquor often runs out

5 hours before you will get your room so use hotel facilities. when you go to get towel cards you will get succered into time share which will take 6 hours at another hotel

Cecilia at the front desk was great during our checkin, especially with how poorly Orbitz treated us with our trip the day before and the 1st day of our trip.
