The hotel is in a great area, the beach is beautiful, the food is good, but the service was bad. They dont have enough personel, it takes long waiting times to get a drink at the bar, same situation with waiters on the restaurants, they take a long time, we had a unpleasant experience at the Cilantro's restaurante, we made a reservation, but tables were not ready for our group, we got the tables later, but manager was rude with us.

The staff is always incredible! The restaurant food was incredible. Pool side service is so great, sometimes a little slow but the wait staff is so nice. I wish there was more activities in the evening. I love that you can resort hop. We’ve stayed 4 times and definitely recommend!

Excellent resort. The food is outstanding. We ate at the buffet most meals and it was delicious with a variety of options and ever changing theme. The employees and service were also excellent as well as the pools. We stayed at the rose but you can utilize facilities at the other two Bonito resorts nearby which was fun. We will stay here again.
