Pueblo Bonito Rose Resort and Spa - All Inclusive

Mattresses and pillows need to be replaced Food was very good Would have liked a hot tub

The positive service oriented attitude exhibited by the staff was infectious - always a big smile and "hola" from housekeeping, grounds and other staff members.

First time to Cabo. Went with three other couples. The hotel is a little older, but in very good shape and inpeccably clean. The beds were comfortable and pretty spacious. The staff was always cleaning and very helpful and extremely friendly. It was right on the beach and only about a ten-minute walk to downtown. The food was great! We did the all-inclusive option. The food presentation was beautiful and we ate at all the sister restaurants (Pueblo Blanco and Sunset Beach). I recommend taking the shuttle to Sunset Beach - great views from their sky pool of the sunset. Would highly recommend Pueblo Bonito Rose; we would definitely go back!

Staff very friendly great time. Will do it again.

The hotel is RIGHT on the beach--a PLUS, except when you factor in the hundreds of CONSTANTLY strutting vendors right in front of the cordoned off private hotel beach area who are constantly saying 'amigo! you need sunglasses?', "senorita! Bracelets?", etc etc. The calling out never stops from 9am on thru 5pm. Good luck getting a beach nap in, or any peace and quiet. The view is ok, except that there are tons of boats, jetskis, kayakers, catamarans, etc right in the entire sea area, so you'll always be looking at tens of sea vessels in your view, after 9am. If you're not there for a peaceful beach time, or an amazing view, this is your place. The pool is nice, big enough to do laps early in the am (towel guys don't open till 8am though), but be careful about the sitting area in the MIDDLE (if you don't see it, you'll swim right into it) of the pool. No hot tub--in either the Rose or the neighboring Blanco. Food was just ok. Glad I was all-inclusive because I wouldn't want to pay twenty-five bux for the breakfast buffet every day. There was supposed to be food and drink service daily on the beach--we never saw it until Sunday (we were there fri/sat too). Told the general manager on friday and he did nothing except say 'oh, I'm sure there was someone out there'. Whatever. If you ARE all-inclusive, they barely come to you when they ARE doing food/drink service--at the beach OR the pool. They see your bracelet and think you won't tip, so why bother. We tip, too!!

The resort is a comfortable place to stay, eat, drink and swim. The spa on site is nice, but pricy. The property is older, but in fine shape. We were told that it is going to have a remodel in 2020. Staff were average and could have been a bit more friendly in some cases. The beach is great and safe for swimming, a major reason we chose this property, as there are not many beaches in Cabo that are swimmable.

Bartenders Gaby and Clomet are awesome - work hard to make sure you have a good time... drinks by the pool through the wait staff can be slow at times - other times very good. Overall great place to stay, not a lot of nightlife, more of a family feel. Can walk downtown in 10 minutes!

The hotel has a great location near downtown and has a calm beach with great views. However the hotel is dated and food was OK. I was mostly upset because they OVERBOOKED the hotel and upon arrival on Thursday we were told we have to stay at a different hotel even though we were in for a wedding. To top it off, a few friends of ours were given a room and they checked in 2 hours later than we did. The whole check in was a mess other customers were experiencing the same situation and the poor front desk workers have to deal with all the upset travelers when they arrive with no room. How do you overbook a hotel and not give a room to someone that reserved 6 months in advance? They need to invest in new IT as their booking system is causing big issues. Also the bar tenders are slow and do not communicate with guests, the towel system is terrible for the pool and they charge you for room service deliveries!

Hotel was chosen by my cousin who was getting married on the location. We are a family of four with two kids of age 7 and 3. They don't have kids activities or kids club or at least we were not offer or informed of. However, my kids did enjoyed the pool all day. In our room, the air conditioner was too loud especially at nights which made it had to stay asleep. The mattress were to hard for me. The bathroom shower had a strong water pressure, that my daughter was afraid of the shower. Our room was kept clean by the cleaning lady everyday on time. The food was good however the staff was a bit too slow. I felt like I had to wait a long time for a drink and it was not packed. One thing I did not enjoyed at all was that I was offer to many times to go and listen to their presentation aka timeshare. I did not appreciated since I wanted to enjoy our family trip. Their is no entertainment at nights especially when you don't want to leave your resorts at night. Good security.

Rooms smells, front desk employees not very helpful at all, were bothered, pillows and beds smell, small beds, Hotel is run down needs to be fixed up Would never stay there again Only thing I enjoyed was breakfast, mamosas Staff at breakfast was very nice

Location is the only thing going for this hotel! Only 1 restaurant for all inclusive option and the food is not good! Drinks are watered down and service is slow! Not even close to our stay at the Riu Palace! Only 1 swimming pool- no swim up bar. Will stay at the Riu Palace for any trips to Cabo in the future!

We were moved to Pueblo Bonito sunset when we tried to check in. They said they were overbooked for weekend. They did that to over 20 folks. They promised us free massages, restaurant passes, and taxi fares but delivered nothing when we asked. Pueblo Bonito Sunset is far from town. The property is also so huge that you need to get rides on these golf carts, which you spend tips every time you use. It's ridiculous. Nobody ever apologized. It was very matter of fact. Don't reserve at this hotel!!

Overall food was great, staff was friendly, and room and grounds were beautiful. Only complaint was the service all around was very slow unless staff was well tipped. Room service took close to 2 hours. Pool service spotty unless tipped in advance. I get it. Overall not bad. I'd stay here again.

Fun trip, nice hotel, would prefer if there were more food options Walking distance from town Safe area No pool bar

Will not return to this place for our 2017 xmas holidAy old pizza in the microwave all inclus not facilitated food and drinks terrible

This is one of the only beaches you are allowed to swim in. Views are gorgeous from your room.

Nice start. We were traveling with another couple and they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom unit With a nice view. The all-inclusive package was nice because it also included restaurants from the Pueblo Bonita next door. Provided more options. Large pool area. Service was mostly good, but some waiters were better than others. Had to call twice to get the room serviced. But overall they did a good job. Would definitely go back if the same deal was available.

We have stayed at many resorts and we had such a good time at Pueblo Bonita Rosa. From checking in with Carlos to the excellent service at the pool with Judis and Jose at our dinning experience. Everything was perfect. Each employee made you feel welcomed. We plan to come back soon as we travel to Cabo San Lucas three times a year.

Returned to this resort because we enjoyed our first stay 3 years ago. Very friendly staff, well organized, several choices of restaurants, beach and pool faculties are great, with nice views.
