We enjoyed the location of the property. Walking distance from restaurants, fishing, shopping. Staff was pleasant. Pool area and outdoor restaurant we're great! We spent most of our time there. We didn't do all inclusive. Our room needed refreshing. The walls appeared newly painted. Doors looked old. Toilet plumbing howled after each use. AC fan ran continuous. Didn't like Marisol approaching us about purchasing into the property. Didn't like all the "vendors" around the Marina pestering us with items, services, activities to sell.
Didn't like that they charge you for the coffee and water bottles. Thought it was free from reading the amenities.

Greeted with stank face at the desk, they want your money but they’re so rude. People approaching you to sell their tour promotions when you just want to go to the room and relax after a long flight. Again they approach you in the morning when we haven’t even had breakfast. Pool was dirty. Everything was over priced …you would think breakfast is included but it’s $20 per person for breakfast buffet. Never going there again…

I loved the property. I loved the view, the amenities, the staff, convenience to the restaurants, shopping and the beach. My daughter had her wedding there, and we were able to hang out with family and close friends. We felt very safe, everything was clean. My daughter has been to your property before.

The employees at Marina Vista were awesome. Rowdy, one of the employees, was very attentive to us. He was willing to find where to buy a food item for my wife. Also, when I called the front desk for an issue with the air conditioner they were in our room in 5 minutes to fix the problem. I would stay again and tell my friends.
There welcome is a time share
Lunch and dinner food was excellent! The restaurants are seriously delicious. Sadly, breakfast left a lot to be desired. The rooms were lovely and very clean. Nice big rooms/suites with super comfy beds, large bathrooms and great patio views. The big pool was kinda gross, but overall the facilities were great. The pool bars both close at 5, which is really a bummer. One tiny lobby “bar” is the only option after 5. Pretty weird. It’s more like a walk-up desk to order drinks.
Roof was leaking water and Ac didn’t cool the whole room
Staff was great room one bedroom jr suite Amazing view was beautiful. Our mistake was not getting the all inclusive package, we tried to save money but ended up spending more on food and drinks. Only complaint was the way they do the timeshare pressure, but the presentation was fun good food and a free pirate ship for the 3 of us and a all inclusive 6 night stay return to the hotel for 4 for less then we paid for our original trip great trip
