Outstanding customer service. Everyone at this resort was very accommodating! Staff at the pool bar was EXCELLENT!!!!! We always had drinks! The location of this resort was so convenient we could walk to all restaurants, shopping and bars downtown. We reserved a 2 bedroom suite that was perfect it also had a private jacuzzi on the patio that we did not know we were getting++++++BONUS!! All inclusive plan was great! I can't wait for my next trip at Marina Fiesta Resort.

Nice, clean, quite hotel. Cabo is expensive so consider going all inclusive. The drinks from the pool bar are between $8-$10, including beers. The rooms are clean and comfortable but the bed was very firm.

Room was great! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Good food choices at Golden Zone draw back limited alcohol and food choices inside resort. Especially after 9 pm

Service at the hotel is the worst I have seen in Mexico. The concierge gave us false information on numerous occasions. The hotel needs an update very soon and not close to the beach at all. The drinks we ordered were very bad. Many better options to choose from.

We have stayed at this hotel for the past 13 years. We come here at least three times a year. We always get the same room so it's like coming home. The pool is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sun. If you find the hidden pool, that's the place.

All inclusive is ok, would be a bit better if the pool bar is open a bit later then 8:00 pm

Unfortunately, when I was leaving packed everything except I could not find my ipad in our room, but after making a report with security I left for the airport it mysteriously appeared in our room safe and I had to pay $80 to have a taxi bring it to me at the airport. There was nothing in our safe when we left the room.

Greeted by a condo sales rep upon arrival trying to sell us a rental car for a 'bargain' price of $299 USD for the week! Room smelled like a dirty diaper Partiers up late and LOUD next room over / thin walls VERY expensive for the package - should have been an ALL inclusive for the money we spent

Good location, Great staff, Safe secure hotel, Clean rooms (leave house keeping a tip every day, it's a very nice gesture!). At check in you will be required to have a charge card on file (no American Express card) (room service, drinks, food at the pool or bar are all added to your room file). When you are leaving the pool or bar close out your tab leave a tip and sign (you will get a receipt). At the end of the week all charges were right on. At check out I was asked how I wanted to pay (on the card was fine). I will return !

We loved our room, the great pool, but the staff was, by far, the best part. The bell hop, Matias, was incredible and so hospitable. He got the door and parked our rental car with a genuinely happy smile everytime. He spoke amazing English, but didn't mind if I practiced my Spanish on him. Our breakfast buffet attendant was on top of everything and had a table ready with coffee the moment that he saw us. The location was wonderful. The beach is about a 15 minute walk, the restaurants on the boardwalk feature every food imaginable and getting there from the hotel was SUPER easy. Only complaint - our room service one night - Filet Mignon was pretty bad. We didn't get asked how we wanted it cooked (our preference is medium rare). It came past well done and dry.

The location was spot on however the service was terrible. Upon arrival I was issued the room key and that was that, no additional information provided. As I entered the lobby I was welcomed with a friendly wave and promised a complimentary drink. The friendliness disappeared after I was issued my room key and the drink never appeared. Due to the supply of accommodations in Cabo San Lucas I would not stay here again simply because of the poor service. Quick tip: keep tabs on what you take from the mini bar as there were several over charges from the mini bar on my bill upon check out, and they charge you for room coffee! Cons: No tour of facility, By day two of my stay I discovered there were two pools and a 5th floor hot tub only by having conversation with others in the hot tub. On day of check-out I had a late flight and housekeeping began cleaning my room and emptying the personal goods from the refrigerator by 9 am even though check-out is 11am. The bathroom in my room was somewhat dirty, e.g. dried toothpaste smeared on front of sink facing, brown residue on tile wall near toilet. Over charges on the mini bar service upon check out. Charge for room coffee and it was horrible! Pros: Location: right on the marina and easy access to shops and restaurants Nice pool

Overall it was great. The high point for the hotel is it's location. Smack in the center of the Marina where there is a lot to do and see. It is also walking distance to the closest beach and they provide a shuttle to their "sister" hotel which is no more than 3 mins away with it's own beach. It has two pools, one small and the other medium sized. The service is good but not great (keep in mind the hotel does not have a restaurant for dinner but there is no shortage of places around it to eat - literally around it). Also, it's tricky getting out to the airport. If you did not pre-book your pick up and drop off to the airport, then you have no choice but to pay the hotel $20 per person so they can get you a cab.

Excellent alcohol choices. Location is super!! It is updated and looks nice. Food wasn't as good this year as last year. But was okay. Once you learn the room set up everything is great as far as knowing what to expect. I would definitely go back. One of the best places I have stayed at in Cabo.

The Marina Fiesta Hotel is located right on the Marina. You can walk anywhere in town. No need to take a taxi. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are nice size, we had a sitting room with a kitchenette. Nice balcony and a large bathroom. The pool areas where nice with a swim up bar. For the cost of the room I would recommend this hotel

Arrived to hotel and they told us they overbooked????? Found out they booked our room for Higher price to someone else visiting Film festival that was in town. No help from staff. very rude. Heard they did this to 12 others.

Arrived to resort and they said they were sold out???? Come to find out they were having a film festival in Cabo and booked our room out for more money. They were Rude to us and said sorry , nothing we can do. Funny because Hour before we arrived I received an email stating our room was ready for checkin??????? Absolute horrible experience.

I really enjoyed my stay there ! Will stay there again next year !

Nice view walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and clubs. The breakfast is delicious next to the pool. 5 thumbs up for the hotel and definitely will recommend.
