Great for being right down on the marina! We wanted our first two days for easy access to the marina and pool lounging, so it was perfect. It's a hike to the beach, but doable. Fortunately, our next week was a property right on the beach, so Marina Fiesta was a great compliment. The staff are superb!

Outdated. Surface clean (not deep cleaned). Musty smell from bathroom. Noisy unit day/night out the back of the 224 area. A/C unit very loud. Upon check in staff did not make us aware of using the sister hotel or shuttles. Noisy pool area with competing music and conversations. Pool staff hard working and lovely. Went for a free coffee at 6:50am in the lobby but was turned away because not available until 7am. Had to pay at pool. End of stay the staff “forgot” to include $50 resort credit in final bill and daily activity fee and tax due upon check out. Activities included a day of bingo at the pool and another game on another day. Otherwise during two tropical storms most things shut down.

Staff was friendly and the pool area is great. Close to everything in the downtown area. Rooms are in need of a refresh. The air conditioning system is frustrating. The fan never shuts off and it blows right on the bed. We had a few issues with bugs. Overall it was fine for our stay because we weren’t in the facility much.

Decent property. Elena and Jose did a great job and Leonel is just a bundle of joy! However, there was a roach in the room and we ordered 2 plates of tacos (6 total tacos), a small pizza and two ice cream cones. Dinner was over $100 for something that’s otherwise fairly cheap ($30 max outside). Wouldn’t recommend dining in the hotel but do recommend staying.
