Very comfortable beds, great water pressure, a/c works well. Only disappointment was not having a patio because we wanted 2 beds and I guess the standard rooms with patio only have king option. Also wish they would have posted buffet prices because we were thinking it was $20 and it was actually $32- we found out after we ate. Would be nice to have shelves for our toiletries and more hooks in bathroom too.

Great option if you don't want to pay $300+ per night to stay on Medano Beach. This hotel is located right on the Marina (we got a marina view room 👌). There are a ton of bars and restaurants within walking distance, as well as a lot of shopping. You'll save a lot of money on Taxis and Ubers staying here. We came for Sammy Hagar's Birthday Bash. The Cabo Wabo Cantina is within walking distance as well. They offer an all-inclusive option, but I prefer to eat local, authentic Mexican food - lots within walking distance!. Not a big fan of Cabo San Lucas (the Mayan Riviera is much better), but If I happen to get tickets for another Birthday Bash I will stay at this hotel again. 👍

Initial room we were put in was very small up a narrow stairway with no elevator access we requested to move second room we were placed in was clean. It was an average day we enjoyed sitting on the patio. I appreciate the rooms were clean. I loved how convenient it was for us to walk to nearby Restaurants and coffee, shops, and water taxis. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant on the boat dock area overall a good stay did not eat at the restaurant site or have any cocktails on site. It was not a lively hotel in that aspect, but the rooms were clean, and the staff was nice.

Aside from the elevator not working, I will come back. The staff was really nice and helpful. I was here during the worst storm of the year, so it was a ghost town, but still enjoyed my stay. You can’t beat the view of the marina and location.

Ok we came here last year in July as couples and we had a great time. We decided to bring the kids this time because of that and it was just horrible from the start. When we checked in they tried to get us a king size bed and room with no view when we had booked since January with two beds and marina view . Next, there happened to be a senior group at the resort so they only had buffet , we paid for all inclusive and they wouldn’t let us do a la carte, we had no affiliation with that group yet they wanted us to just do what they had for them. Secondly , my son got Sun poisoning from the heat and was throwing up so I came down to the lobby to ask if we could do room service for dinner instead of eating at the restaurant since we needed to care for my husband and they said no but they could charge us . The lack of comprehension and attention left a bad taste and we regret it because we brought our kids . If you’re going to have a group and not offer a la carte because of the group then give us a heads up before so we can cancel the all inclusive . No adjustments were made at all. Please call and check what groups will be there before your stay to be aware.

The area is nice. You are right in front of the pier and able to walk to small coffee locations or to grab a bite. Was nice that you are able to get picked up from your hotel and attend activities that are not far from where you are staying.
