Jurys Inn Milton Keynes3.0 out of 5.0

The room was comfortable and had a great view over Milton Keynes. I was only using it as a stopover for a work night out, so got back to the hotel very late. Unfortunately my stay was disturbed by the cleaners entering my room at 8.30am and then again at 9am- an absolutely ridiculous time. The room had only been booked for one-night and I hadn't checked out yet, so surely they have systems in place to prevent such an intrusion? Apparently not! When I complained the front desk took my contact details and said they would send a discount code for next time- I've never received anything, and probably wouldn't stay there again. I'll save myself a quarter off my hotel bill and go to the hotel next door
I came back to my hotel and my room wasn't even cleaned yet and it was 3 in the afternoon. It also ruined my sleep which was very important because I didn't get a lot of it. Also, my toilet in the bathroom kept making constant noise which disrupted my sleep. THERE IS NO PARKING, WHAT IS THIS? A BIG HOTEL YET NO DEDICATED PARKING. For the past two times that I have been at this hotel, I have gotten parking tickets. Should I relax or worry about my parking meter? Never again will i step into this hotel ever. I do not recommend it to anyone unless you want a stressful vacation
The staff was super friendly and helped tremendously with any questions and requests we had. They were professional and patient considering we were part of an 'Alpha group' which was big and this was our first visit to the UK. It was close to all the amenities you needed (5-10 min walk apart); a supermarket, variety of restaurants, a shopping mall (which was huge by the way) and the train station if you wanted to do some extra travelling. It was a great stay for the 6 days we were there and we look forward to visiting and staying in the Jury's Inn Milton Keynes again next year.
Visited here with the family so we could go to the theatre during the afternoon and a few drinks and a meal at night. It is all within easy walking distance and parking is very easy and cheap. We parked opposite the hotel and paid £6 for about 24 hours parking. Lots of nice bars and restaurants to choose from. We would revisit this hotel due to its great location and the hotel was also nice and breakfast good.
Very nice room with one double and one single bed both very comfortable. All very clean. Shower wasn't as powerful as we'd have liked but this is the only criticism. All good. Would happily recommend.
The hotel is what you expect from the large chains although our bed was a bit hard. The breakfast was the usual buffet but offered a good range of choices. Be aware that the only parking is across the street at 50p per hour up until 6pm.
Shame that there is no free parking but it is a great hotel, really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is really good with a great selection of food and drinks. Plus the room was clean, nice and had a nice view over the hub and soooooo close to restaurants.
Relaxing stay in a great venue and location. Exceptionally clean rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff & environment. Wi-fi was a little flaky but easy enough to log back in. Cheap parking is across the main road from the hotel and just a 2-3 min walk.
Cant say anymore than all the other glowing reviews, we stayed as part of a National Holidays mystery weekend. Both my wife and myself agreed the Jury's Inn is possibly the best hotel we have ever encountered. Spotless, great food, wonderful staff, gorgeous rooms and a super location. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay. Wonderful. Brian and Helen Clayton, Stockport.
A group of thirty of us came here for a work trip and we received excellent service throughout our stay. Raquel who looked after us in our conference facilities was especially accommodating, thank you!
