Great property and very helpful staff. It was a much needed break for my family and we made full use of the facilities, gym, pool, restaurants and spa (massage). We loved how the property took small details to accommodate for our family, which included kids size robes / slippers, welcome activity pack and snacks and key was separate individual sofa twin beds. My only comment is regarding the family pool times are limited so it does get congested during those allotted hours and especially during the weekends when families with annual resort passes attend, otherwise it was quite during our stay during normal school hours. Overall amazing stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The breakfast was delicious and the staff very helpful. I didn't have a chance to visit the pool and sauna however. Only item to note is the central heating system was broken the weekend that I stayed. The hotel helpfully supplied a portable heater, which helped in the evening.

Stay in hotel was really pleasant and nice , but room service timings was only slightly disappointing as we reached our room pretty late after 10:45 pm, we thought to order something as in brochure it was mentioned 24 hours but we had to check in reception to figure out the room service was only till 9 pm..
