Nice
Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to check in and out.
I stayed for 10 nights over Christmas. Clean and modern room. Super comfortable room and all the amenities I needed. Staff was great. Parking was easy. Check-in and check-out were easy. And the breakfast choices we're great. They also allow dogs!
This property is mostly great. The gym could be a little bigger, and if you're unlucky enough to get a room that faces Foothills highway then you'll have lots of road noise and headlights coming through the windows all night long.
I loved staying at the Residence Inn by Marriott Boulder! My boyfriend and I came up for homecoming weekend and we were only staying one night, Saturday to Sunday. Check in was at 3, but we got there at about 11am and the lady at the front desk let us check in early! She was so sweet and friendly, she gave us a great first impression of the place! We got to put our luggage away right away which was awesome after our long flight to Denver the night before. The Inn had great immenities like our own kitchen, two closets (one for hanging one for folded), and a couch and flat screen tv! It was a quaint place, nice and quiet, couldn't hear our neighbors, and perfect place to grab an uber to Pearl in 5 minutes! They also have Paul Mitchell toiletries:)) A++! Overall, highly recommend this place. I can't wait to come back!
Hotel was clean and convenient to Pearl Street and hiking the Flatirons. A little pricey in general, but for a Saturday night in Boulder it was on par with the market.
We had an exceptional visit at the Residence Inn. The rooms were clean and spacious and the front desk representatives were the most helpful, friendly people you could hope for.
Enjoyed staying here! They make you feel welcome and comfortable.
Great location. My wife and I planned on biking everywhere. It took about 10 minutes to get downtown via bike. Also, Boulder Brewing Company is only 2 blocks away. The room was clean and nice, breakfast was good, as was the manager's reception. Perfect place to stay in Boulder.
Typical Residence Inn excepting that it's older and needs some updating in the rooms. The fixtures, carpets, bathroom, etc... were something out of 1980. Very clean and really nice staff! The biggest thing to objectively report here is that this particular R.I. has a railroad line running very near it. If you come from the city and/or are used to loud noises 4 times during the sleeping period, then it's no problem. If you're from the country (like my wife and I) and or wake up easily, do NOT book this hotel. For us it was something right out of My Cousin Vinny 4 times during the night! Very little sleep.
Very helpful staff and nice feel. Reasonable price and location...close enough to the University to be accessable yet not so close as to be consumed by it.
Nice and quiet location easily accessible. Within ten minutes drive to downtown center. Excellent breakfast. Only complaint I had was the hot water system was not functioning during one of my recent two nights stay.
We were treated politely, respectfully. All members of staff were friendly & helpful. We felt special, as though we were the only guests there(in fact they were completely full).Any place that we inquired about was answered in a very knowledgeable way, index cards were given out showing the way to & also the return journey. The rooms were clean & came with a complete kitchen. We toured Denver ,went to Red Rocks & Garden of the Gods etc.Marriot Residence Inn made it all the more memorable, even down to the free umbrellas & batteries when I ran out.
Very nice staff. I was worried about the possible noise from street traffic, but it wasn't a problem at all. The room was wonderful, but did need to lug my suitcase up to the second floor, I should have asked for a 1st floor room.
Went there to check out Univ of Colorado - Boulder. Check in at the hotel was a breeze. Room was great, and suited our family well. The two boys had their space, and my daughter had the couch. My wife and I had a bedroom and bathroom to ourselves. Room was spacious and well appointed. The temp was chilly when we arrived, but we adjusted it and were comfy in about an hour. Breakfast room was way better than average. Overall, nice place and I'd stay there again for sure.
Was given a room on the back side of the property adjacent to a major road. The road noise was substantial. ASK about the room location at this place! Also, when the cooling/AC came on it sounded like 80mph winds! Not a good experience.

Friendly and efficient staff. Very good breakfast bar but crowded room. Location is hard to find so be sure to map out very specific directions.
