Property was good for the rate

Me and my husband checked in on March 5th and had to check out on March 6th @ 11am. When we got up for breakfast they only have bag breakfast nothings hot & its not on their website or when you call in. Around 9:30am my husband noticed that our shower was not working so I called the front desk they did offer to move us but we still had to check out at 11am we didn’t feel the need to do all that so we opt out just requested some of our money back. Wasnt able to talk to a manager until Monday morning where she said because they offered us a new room it didn’t qualify us to get our money back but was willing to take $20 off even though I also mention about the breakfast and she stated on the website it says called the hotel which I told her that wasn’t true. Did not enjoy our whole stay and they definitely go back on their policy

We checked in late. Went to room & it was very cold. Could not get heat to work properly. Called front desk. Staff member arrived & got heat to come on. Later heater started blowing ice cold air again once temperature setting was reached. Had to get out of bed & turn off heat so cold air would stop blowing. Then later had to get up to restart heat when room got cold. Once again heater started blowing ice cold air when temperature was achieved. There was only automatic climate controls so overriding system was impossible. Complained to front desk early next morning, but no service technician was available until noon. The manager wasn’t arriving that day until 3:00pm. I was assured the manager would get back to me either by phone call or email. I haven’t heard from the manager yet. Very disappointed with how this matter wasn’t handled. The staff member that stopped by when we 1st arrived stated that this is how all the heating units work in all rooms, so changing rooms would have same results.

The hotel was very modern. Nice breakfast with lots of options. My room was spacious. Only thing was the sheets were wrinkly, a pillow had some spots on it making Me wonder whether sheets were changed between guests.

I was in MD for a family function. I took my bag to my room and went to the function ((it appeared to be clean)). Later that evening I was about to shower and noticed there was a lot of long black hair on the shower curtain and on the base of the shower. With that being said I knew the room was not thoroughly cleaned. I cleaned the shower as much as I could and tried to relax knowing this room was probably not cleaned Well and I only had a few hours to rest. When leaving the next day there was only 1 person working at The front desk assisting a guest and I had to leave in a hurry so I could not make them aware of my room situation. Hilton should make sure there housekeeping does a better job and really clean the rooms.

The stay was good however the fridge was not working properly and desk staff was unable to correct the problem. Overall, the stay was good.

King suite is a perfect fit for my need and I have never experienced else where. Large room, comfy work table, couch and bed.

Great location for the bar exam. Very polite and helpful staff. On the first night there was a substitute desk person who was not properly trained. Otherwise, great staff. Good breakfast. Would have liked more light in the room. The room with fridge was very useful. Not many hotel rooms have fridges. More restaurants within walking distance would be good, but the hotel had a shuttle to take people to the area establishments.

Had a great stay! Food was delicious, the pool area was clean, and the life-guard on staff was great.

Location near the highway was great. Hotel was just what we all needed and wanted. My only complaint was that we did not have enough time to use the pool or gym on a busy Family weekend.

Stayed here with my girlfriend while attending Moonrise Festival at Pimlico Raceway. The hotel is brand new state of the art, extremly friendly and helpful employees. highly reccomended

I stayed with my son's for my niece's wedding wknd. It was fantastic the hotel is so clean and they've thought of all the smallest detail. Excellent customer service, we're planning a trip just to stay here again! Marquis at the front desk was went above and beyond great customer service.
