We stayed to attend a UT game and the stadium was about a 15 minute walk.
Hotel was fine. Staff was excellent! Absolutely HATE paid parking in this facility. Ridiculous!

I was charged an amount of $113 even though my reservation was already paid off. We were also given the last room with a view to the cemetery. Did not mean to complain, but after the extra charge. I feel very frustrated.
Great location. Big, spacious rooms. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was having to pay for parking as a guest. Other than that, everything was great!
Property felt very "clinical" not so "welcoming". The biggest drawback and REASON I WILL NOT be returning - had to pay for parking! Amenities rating went down the drain with this setback. Why would you possibly want to park on hotel property? to go eat at "Denny"s"?

Extremely friendly staff, greeted us with warm cookies, smiles and told us everything we needed to know before we had to ask. The facility was very nice and the lobby area for a hotel this size was incredible. I will definitely return to this hotel.
The property is undergoing extensive renovations. There were sawing, cutting and banging (hammering) sounds starting early in the morning. None of this was mentioned or explained by the staff at checkin, or when the reservation was made. I would not have chosen this hotel had I known this (there were others at similar price and location available).
Great staff. There was a remodeling project going on so the restaurant was closed. Toilet kept running but staff fixed it. Overall a good experience.
