The Front Desk staff was really nice. The staff working at the breakfast buffet were really great and attentive.
You have to valet your car and that means interacting with the valet staff every time you come in and out. There was a valet staff member that did not like their job and was so miserable. They did not even look up from their phone to acknowledge that we needed to pick up our car. We were just tell them the ticket number they granted and then got the car every time. All the other ballet staff were really nice.
The room we were in needed some tender love and care.
There were details that were missed such as some splatters and stains on the wall on the lamp shade that needed a deep clean. The shower needed to be re-grouted there was mold in all the corners and below the shower doors. Our room just needed to be completely shut down and cleaned up. The sofa bed was also not operatable.
