Up on check in the Hotel couldn't find my reservation, we did book it 18 hours prior to our arrival, but still I think it should be available even if you book it last minute. The room was OK although, some things didn't work properly, like the phone, lights and sink. We asked for help with the pullout bed and no one came, second the blanket for the additional bed was terrible, definitely not a Hyatt standard... Or any Hotel company that respects it self. Breakfast was served till 9:30, by 9:15 they close the door and give you a feeling of we are almost done, you should too. ( I never saw something like this, and I travel worldwide including other Hyatts).

Outstanding stay
From the moment we entered the hotel until our check out everything was wonderful. Check-in was customer friendly and did not take long. Our breakfast was amazing, the food was hot and fresh and a great variety was provided. I will definitely stay here again when i visit Austin.

Super busy area but very quiet hotel. The beds we had were so uncomfortable. Elevator buttons barely work and valet lost my car which put us behind on leaving. The manager was great and immediately refunded us.

OK hotel
Good location & great employees. Down sides were the AC is super noisy. Had to turn it off to sleep. The electric is not modern: no place to plug USBs. They nickel & dime you when possible. I asked to check out 1/2 later than 11& they said it’s $25 an hour for every hour past 11am
