Room was beat up. Check in was at 3. Room wasn't ready till 415. No comforters on beds. The pull out bed was gross. no sheets blankets or pillows for the 3rd person. If u do not rent a car u will need ride shares to go absolutely everywhere unless u want to cross the highway to get to places.

The air conditioning in our room was malfunctioning. The front desk immediately sent in the handyman three separate times they were very quick to try to fix it even though it took three times to get it working correctly over the span of 2 days. They had a box fan for our use which we appreciated.

Had a hiccup upon arrival with my room, but she accommodated me for the misunderstanding. However, The toilet was extremely low to the floor. There wasn’t proper parking and no microwave in the room. Other than that it was a lovely hotel very welcoming and friendly.

The property was elegant, comfortable clean. It has a great pool that is both indoor and outdoor. The staff were great both friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the internet did not work the whole time I was there, despite reporting it to the front desk. The TV was also too soft to hear most dialogue. But the beds were comfortable and it was resonable and suites the purpose for being there for a race at Cota which was not far away. Tge breakfast was limited and aquality was good but nothing amazing except the french toast.
