A little hard to roll my suitcase on the carpeting but the hotel is very nice. The river view isn’t all that it’s cracked up to be but that’s because of the location on the river and not the actual hotel.

The hotel lobby was nice. The 1st room had fungus growing on the walls. They moved us to another room, which had recently been painted and it smelled of chemicals. The room wasn't clean so it was disappointing. It was under 3 star but had 3 1/2 stars. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was nice. They also gave me back half of the room charge.

For a 3-star hotel, it served its purpose in providing us an average experience. However, we were expecting more based on the great reviews posted by others. The pillows were stained and lumpy, and when we requested additional pillows and sheets for the sofa bed (they were not provided even though we booked a king bed and sofa bed for 3 people), they were just as awful. The blankets were old, rough, and had crumbs and other debris on them, and the sofa bed mattress had rust stains and no protective cover. There was only one hotel lobby attendant on the Saturday evening when we checked in, and he was clearly stressed with several people waiting to be checked in. We asked him for a room in a quiet area, and he placed us at the end of the hall directly next to the cleaning supply room, where the cleaners were coming in and out all throughout next morning. The free breakfast was okay; good waffles, awful eggs, not enough dairy-free options, and no ingredient lists anywhere for the breads and baked goods available. When we checked out, we let the woman working at the counter know about the pillows, and she rudely commented, "Well, if you had taken the time to come down and request new pillows, maybe we could have helped you." She did not even attempt to acknowledge our complaint. Would not come back simply based on the lack of customer service and clean bedding.

Everything was fine. The room is a bit smaller than what I expected it to be.

Nice little indoor pool. Good breakfast and little treats like cookies, lollipops and coffee in lobby all day.

The service was incredible! Staff was very responsive to all my questions and followed up with me. The rooms were clean and breakfast good.

Can’t complain, overall good experience ...............

Pleasant stay. Employees were nice and professional. Room was devine. Breakfast was excellent as they have given you so many options. Amenities were great. We will be back Spring Hill Suites. Thank you.

The towels are thin and scratchy. The Kleenex box was empty. The room was spotless. Everything worked as it should. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet even though there were a bunch of teenagers on the floor.

A little far if you’re looking to be visiting downtown Austin

The front desk attendant, Michael, was amazing! He was super helpful and personable and was extremely welcoming. We enjoyed the size of our King Suite and the breakfast was great as well! We didn't get a chance to check out the pool because we heard a lot of screaming kids and overheard one family talking about it being warm water. I wish there was an adult pool or at least separate hours. We took advantage of the downtown shuttle and LOVED it. Overall great experience.

Very noisy, hotel is right on the highway. There are also individual climate fans that generated even more noise. There are minimal amenities.

Visiting Austin for my son's graduation from SEU. Hotel was 10 minutes from AUS and 5 minutes from SEU. Fit my needs perfectly. The staff was very pleasant, responsive , and helpful.

Two night stay, nice clean place, on edge of highway but quiet. Handy for Lady Bird Lake.

Nice place. Good service. Located right along the freeway, so avoid rooms on highway side ... noisy.

Great choice in terms of being near the airport and easy access to highways. The room had super comfortable beds and pillows and felt pretty roomy, with 2 adults and 3 kids staying in it. The breakfast selection was quite extensive with make your own waffles and many choices. Enjoyed the little extras of cookies put out in the early evening.
