I looked the front desk staff they were very friendly and helpful. They were human and not robotic!

Clean, friendly, big room

....I was amazed how relaxed everyone was when a random white homeless woman dished out harassment to me walk right in the hotel to the 3rd floor to do so ....but me a paying guest had to prove who i was at breakfast cause i was told i looked out of place.....makes no sense

Friendly staff

Everyone was very friendly.

We booked this hotel at a bit higher price compared to the other well known hotels in the area ($209.00 per night for a 2 queen bed), because it is Hyatt, known for it's good brand. We wanted a good full breakfast to start for the day, and we were very disappointed as there was hardly anything left for anyone. People were waiting in long lines to get the breakfast refilled. There was no coffee, had another line of people waiting to get the coffee refills. I feel they should have accounted for the weekend rush and managed a better breakfast for the time they had alloted for the same. The room was fine, but the TV was not working, so we had to call the front desk three times to have someone come and get it started. The customer service was very disappointing. No smiles or greetings from the front desk people even if you are talking to them. It almost felt like a hassle and as if we were there to bother them. There were no bath towels in the room. When we asked for some, we were told that they were short of the towels and didn't have any. Very very terrible experience and disappointing. We visit Austin atleast 4-5 times a year, and book a good hotel which is regarded as a clean and trusting brand hotel. We felt about Hyatt the same until now. We will never stay here again. Thank you.

I liked that everything was close around the hotel

The room was extremely clean, bed and pillows were so comfortable. I checked in late, around 10 pm, the only draw back was being woken up around 9 am by house cleaning. Over all would definitely stay here again.

Not only did we not get to use the reservation but it took 3 phone calls to get it canceled due to COVID, but by the time it was canceled they said it was too late and the full rate would be due. Each said it was the other party that refused to authorize a refund/credit or use of a waiver due to the circumstances. Horrible experience with hotel and Orbitz.

Nice place, pool was a little dirty and limited breakfast. But very clean and room was spacious

The property was clean. They were clear about their current rules for covid, (had to check in to use the pool so they could maintain the number of people there and no daily housekeeping in the room). I could hear everything going on in the hallway, which I was less than happy about at 1 in the morning. Most of the time it wasn't an issue.

I loved the service, how clean and quiet it was. The soft beds. I just loved, loved my stay.
