Front desk was more polite Jessica she was super sweet. Looking forward staying there again. The only Problem was the sleeping the mattresses were hard.. and parking was A long hike .

The property is newly renovated and absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, the staff seems new and understaffed. We saw food and dirty dishes left in hallways all evening, over night, and into the morning. Trash receptacles in room were not emptied. We were never supplied with bottled water for our room. Was told they “ran out”. Overall not a friendly relaxed atmosphere.

I wish we had more time to enjoy hotel. Lots of amenities, beautiful area. Friendly people.

Booked a 5 night stay here with a third party and called the morning of to confirm. Omni had nothing on file even when I provided a confirmation number. The 3rd party company tried calling the manager for over an hour while I was on hold, but the manager never answered or called back. When arriving at the hotel I was forced to re-book at a higher price AND pay a cancellation fee that I now need to dispute. While staying in the hotel we had placed a necklace on the desk in the bedroom. When we returned, it was missing. The manager was unavailable two separate times when I attempted to reach out. Each time I left a message on voicemail and with the front desk. After 24 hours, still no call-back. Finally reached the manager. He said he was deeply sorry for not responding and that he'd look into it immediately and give me a call back within the hour. 24 hours went by without a response. Eventually they wrote me an email to tell me that there was nothing that could be done. Very small concession was given that didn't even come close to covering even a portion of the stay or the value of the item. Overall, all staff from housekeeping to the resort manager handled every part of this poorly even when given opportunities to make it right.

Great Resort! I travel to Austin 5 or 6 times a year, and always feel welcomed and at "home" when staying here. Nice, large rooms, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and the spa is relaxing.

Room was nice, minus a few moldy dust bunnies in the AC vent above. Bathroom toilet seat was well worn could stand being replaced Shower handle was broken but still usable. Noisy room service at 530 am outside our room clanging dishes. Opened the door to tell her about it and she denied she was making a lot of noise. Got the room by the elevator, noisy several times at night, should have known better, oh well
