First the positive: The hotel itself is pretty nice, with large rooms with kitchenettes. It is also in a quiet area with no rooms directly on the busy street. If you need to stay south of downtown, it is a good choice.
Now the negative: It does not merit the high cost. It seemed odd to charge over $300/night for an empty hotel with no bar, restaurant or decent neighborhood. The rooms were large, but spare, with little regard to lighting or furniture choices. For that price, I expected a better designed room with nicer furniture and finishes.
Bottom line: Good choice if you need to stay in that area, but not worth a trip.
