-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

Great location, lovely property & great communications before and during our stay. Home is perfectly located, we visited our daughter at UT and the location was perfect. The bedroom on the first floor was great for my mother and the entire place is nicely decorated and they have thought of everything you may need!

Lovely large unit with room for all.

The place was immaculate. Very thoughtfully furnished and included more finishing touches than one would normally expect. Fully equipped kitchen with high quality knives, cookware and supplies. Very comfortable beds and pillows with luxury towels etc. A great place to stay.

Amazing property!

This property was just perfect. Plenty of room, lots of bathrooms, private rooftop with a stunning view of downtown Austin, great location, and a kitchen/living space that was big enough for 6 of us to be very comfortable in. Only a 10 minute drive to the heart of downtown, and 10 minutes from the airport (we picked up our vacation mates), puts it in the perfect location. We plan to be back!

Beautifully decorated home! Comfy beds

Clean house with multiple bedrooms. Large refrigerator and open kitchen. Huge couch for watching TV and eating junk food. Couch is easily comfortable for 6 people. Everyone complimented how comfortable the beds were. I loved the way the house was decorated. Host was helpful and responsive which was the icing on the cake to a fun girls weekend.

ATX weekend getaway

It was an ATX getaway weekend starting with the Chris Stapleton concert on Friday then Austin fun Sat and Sun. The location of the property was perfect. We were 5 - 10 away from downtown, Uber was readily available and we never had to get on 35 (a win) I will say the pictures posted are a bit deceiving as the living and kitchen area are much bigger than it seems. Hosts were great and responsive (although we didn’t need much) The area is being revitalized so it has character - We’d stay there again!
