There was no hot water. Had to leave the hotel and find another. However the manager was very accommodating and understanding. He did his best to rectify the issue. It was not his fault. Also the bathrooms had no ventilation, the wall paper was peeling and the door was rusting from water damage.

I love this hotel being accessible to the Moody Center. I wish there is a shuttle or van that is accessible to use . On the breakfast we ate at Dennys . The only thing that I have to say is the parking fee . That should be complimentary since we stayed to the hotel . Ana is courteous and helpful with our check in . I loved that the room assigned to us are just near the elevator. And ice / vending machine. Thank you so much
