Custom home built in 2016 in the gated community of Champions Retreat in Evans, GA. Over 4000 sq ft of entertainment in this house with a TV in every room and private bath for every bedroom. There is plenty of room to entertain with 2 outdoor big screen TVs, half bath and a fire pit for the cool evenings. Tee times can be made through owner with notice at the 27 hole Champions Retreat Golf Club. A golf cart is available for cruising the neighborhood or accessing the Club.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Limited housekeeping is available.
