The place is huge. It's the second time we stayed there and had about the same experience as the first. Stay away from the west tower. It has only 2 working elevators!!! We were on the 49th floor and the wait was so long people got on going up just to go down. So at floor 49, the elevator was full. Valet parking is easy, it's a 45 minute wait to get your car to leave!! The beds were ok, just old and going soft. Hash a go go had a good breakfast, albeit higher than diner prices and Carmine's was good as well. But, keep in mind if you go there, the portions are for 2-3 people each. The Caesar salad could have fed 4. The Great American sports bar went downhill. The jukebox is gone. They used to be so crowded it was a wait for a drink. Now, you just saddle up to the bar. We don't really gamble, but as casinos go, it looked ok. And, there wasn't much music which is a downer.
Just keep in mind the hotel/casino is on the south end of the boardwalk and it's a loooooong walk to the nearest one. Take the tram car it's only $5 per ride or $13 for the day per person. Next time, we'll stay at the Hard Rock since we always wind up there for the music and it's in walking distance of the others.
