We had unrulily children above us. They were so bad the I had to let the front desk ask them to quiet it down, but early the next morning they were back at it. Plus, there was one of the mother's smoking at the pool. So sad.

Absolutely beautifully renovated. Friendly staff— gave my 2 daughters a stuffed animal fish on arrival. Cute gift shop. Pool and room are super clean. Only stayed for one night but will absolutely be coming back again, for a longer stay.

The room is large and was clean. We enjoyed the pool. Easy walk to the beach. Staff was helpful. Not too bad to park - just hope other guests leave their keys if they park you in. Would love to have better blackout curtains but seems like a minor issue. We would stay here again.

We have stayed at the Forum before and stayed again because of it's cleanliness. It was equally clean this time. The rooms have been renovated and are very nice. The only problem is that when they renovated - they did not have the window curtain cover the window completely. There is a 10 inch gap where the light from the balcony comes in at night right on the pillow all night. At 6:00am the sun pours right onto the pillow. At the other side of the window there is a gap of about 6 inches where anyone walking by can see in - not good if you want to get changed in privacy.

The deluxe heated pool was not heated at all. When informed of this the staff was no help. https://www.theforumocnj.com/hotel-amenities No heated pool. It was the whole reason we booked there.
