It was a convenient stay that’s all. Small room, no phone, fridge not secure, no lamp shade on the light, small bathroom, soiled wash clothes. This property has the potential to be better but you get what you paid for
I checked in at night just for an overnight stay and was told that I had to pay to park at the property. I didn't think much of it at the moment because there is no street parking, so it was either pay there or pay at a lot. Since I checked in at night, I thought it would have only been normal to at least be able to stay parked for a whole day. I had to move my car off of the property the next day after check out at 11am and pay at another lot. If I would have known that was going to be the situation, I would have parked elsewhere from the of arrival and I would have saved money. Also, they advertise free breakfast but non is available.
Not the cleanest or up to date facility & room wise but for one night it was doable.
The only thing good is that it’s right across the street from Tropicana if your looking for a low budget motel for a quick over night then fine but don’t expect any rating over a 4 for this place it looks run down. None of the lights in my room worked it smelled musty my pillows had brown stains and the carpet was moist super humid thank his I only stood for one night . And the fact I had to pay 10$ for parking at the facility I stood is ridiculous.
the property and everything inside the room is in poor condition
The location of this hotel was great and it was clean. But we paid for a room to include breakfast (which we didn't get because of COVID, not a surprise), a coffee maker and microwave. The room didn't have those things. And there was no coffee in the lobby even. And to top if off, when we asked for some extra pillows to supplement to flat ones in our room we were told the hotel didn't have any extra pillows. Really? A hotel without extra pillows? We expected a no-frills hotel, but we would have liked to have gotten what we paid for.
The room and bathroom were very dirty, the smell of cigarettes and at dawn they began to knock on the door hard and the reception was called and no one answered
