First floor apartment located in the north end on quiet street and close to beach and beginning of the boardwalk. The unit was recently renovated with new floors, new walls, crown molding, new kitchen. Has outside shower, washer, dryer, garbage disposal, microwave. Located between St. James (where the boardwalk begins) and North Street (where The Gardens begins). Great area for biking and walking . Rates vary from $1600 in May and early June to $2200 in high season, lowering again in late August and September.

The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
