Some kind of smell which bothers though it is non-smoking facility. Carpet was stinky beds linen looks clean but feels some invisible crawling insects over body that was not covered by cloths and my wife got skin rashes during night stay and she was fine during day out of hotel room. Overall not worth for the rate of $180/- per night. I would have five star hotel for the same price 10 miles away from downtown. Will never stay or recommend this facility. Additionally they charge car parking of $18/- per night, never heard of anywhere in 120 countries I travelled.

Great location in Midtown; MARTA station right next to hotel. Convenient parking underground.

Easy ride on Marta from Airport to Midtown, hotel is just around the corner. Good quick continental-plus breakfast. Perfect for Ga Tech visits. Clean and simple, small microwave kitchenette but no room service.

This was the best balance of room + parking cost versus distance from Atlantic Station for a Cirque du Soliel performance we were attending. I purposely didn't stay in Buckhead because I was concerned about traffic making us late for the show. The other reviews were correct the parking garage is comical to maneuver but the rental Ford Focus was just fine. The view is nothing to write home about but the heavy layer drapes work great so the room is completely dark and there was no noises on the 7th floor to notice. I would stay here again.

The room was very convenient for a longer stay: a sitting area, a dining area with refrigerator, microwave and sink, a dressing area adjoining the bathroom, enough place to hang your clothes and get the luggage out of the way. The staff who clean the rooms do their job well, but it's impossible to keep curtains, armchair cover etc. really clean. There were problems, though. The bathroom itself, while adequate, had a very cheap look (the tap was literally not quite fixed in place). There was absolutely no hook or towel bar in the bathroom, so one has to reach naked and wet into the dressing area: the only alternative is to put towel/robe on the toilet reservoir. When I took a shower the water in the bathtub accumulated to ankle depth, then ran out very slowly. The outlet was obviously clogged, so I reported this at the desk. The lady said you got it, but that was all I got for the next four days of my stay. The complimentary breakfast does not make one feel nauseated, but there is not much more that can be said for it. Sometimes there were some plates and real cutlery, sometimes only paper and plastic (does not depend on the hour, I always had breakfast very early). The hot water most often was not really hot enough to make proper tea from the teabags: one got only a lukewarm brownish liquid.

The hotel was in a great spot...very close to restaurants, bars and the train...oh and plenty of shady homeless people to make you look over your shoulder when you went out at night!

It was a wonderful weekend. The only complaint I have is the closing of room doors. They are very loud. If there could be a sign on the door reminding patrons to hold the door until it closes completely it would reduce the noise level.

Very near to MARTA. Have free wifi & breakfast included, no sausage/ham/bacon though. Also, computers & printer at lobby. Great services.

Stayed here for one during the 2015 Atlanta Boat Show. I was able to park under the hotel for $18 per day. The room was clean, and the staff friendly, but many things about the hotel were very loud. The proximity to street lights led to a lot of stop and go traffic which is noisy and then the cleaning staff in the morning seem to have a slam the doors party. In the morning it sounds like bowling balls are being dropped down laundry shoots.

Stayed for two nights. Restaurants, bars, and the public transportation were all conveniently located. Had good time and the locals were friendly.

Can't beat the location, right across the street from Google! Affordable for downtown, too. Enjoyed my stay.

stayed here while passing through Atlanta, were very please with location in relation to Piedmont Park, great for running. Clean safe area. would stay here again.

This is a pretty average room but impressed that it had a mini fridge and toaster, micro and sink with some eating utensils. It was a one night stay but it did the job. The room appeared to be clean and well kept.

The hotel was overall decent. It's in a great location from Atlanta attractions and my room was spacious and had a small kitchenette which was nice. It's an older hotel with no significant upgrades which makes it cheaper than the other downtown hotels but was a bit loud and the amenities are very basic.

Had a great time at the hotel! Staff was super nice and location was out of this world. Close to all that we needed. Very clean and comfortable rooms!

Perfect location! We thoroughly enjoyed that the Marta was right around the corner.

Had a great time with our travels here. The only thing that could have been better is if they would let you sign up for a late check out the night before and not make you call in the morning to request it. Other than that the rooms were nice, comfy and clean.

Hotel was very comfortable. Plenty of room, separate seating area, sink, refrig, microwave and large bathroom / dressing area. Breakfast had all of the necessities....better than most that offer breakfast with the room. Hotel is within steps to the Marta stop. Can't get any closer.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. Perfect for walking and exploring the city.

This hotel was clean, welcoming and spacious. The room was so much better than expected.
