Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Am looking forward to seeing the hotel after the renovations are complete.

My heat didn't work. When I went to call the front desk the phone didn't work. When I turned on the light to see if it was plugged in the light didn't work. The staff brought a space heater that barely took the edge off for the two days I was there.

Hotel is under construction. Even if you are prepaid they will accidentally charge your card the full amount when you arrive and then have you figure it out with your bank.

There is no drive up entrance. The steps to sidewalk are cracked and dangerous they placed flower pots on the really bad places. The A/C in lobby did not work

This is clearly NOT a premium hotel! There was no AC in the lobby, making it unpleasant to eat the breakfast there. The suite kitchen used to come with plates, cups, and silverware, but they were not there. My daughter had forgotten her toothbrush, but they didn't have any at the front desk. Bathroom was not very clean. I know that they are going through renovations, but many of these issues have nothing to do with that. In the least, they should offer a discount as a compensation. This is clearly NOT a premium hotel, so charges are excessive.

So worth it, would definitely do it again. Front desk employee who attended me was amazing and breakfast was amazing. Even the cooker was very friendly.

Upon arrival the front desk personal needed some polishing. He could use 101 customer service workshop. Also the breakfast was gross. The only food that was appreciated was the fresh fruit, which was only bananas, and Starbucks coffee.

Good experience. Decent continental breakfast. Very nice hotel.

We were easily able to use public transportation for a family visit to the Jimmy Carter Presidential Library

It was an ok hotel with mediocre breakfast. Location very convenient with good food options aa nearby Metro.

I recommend this hotel for anyone that wants to visit Atlanta: the staff is nice and caring, the breakfast is really good and rooms are comfy.

Stayed for New Years Eve. The hotel is clean and comfortable with spacious rooms. The parking garage situation is tight if you drive a large vehicle.

I picked this hotel based on location in mid-town. That's largely what it had going for it. The noise levels in the street below were pretty loud, until late at night and early in the morning. Unfortunately I could not get moved to the non-street facing side (or get earplugs).

It's been my 3rd time staying at this hotel & everything from staff to services available is great. Additionally, the hotel is located close to MARTA station & fine eateries.

Very pleasant and convenient hotel near GATECH and customer locations

Our room had a shower area that also had the toilet so when you showered the toilet got wet. The bathroom door wouldn't latch and needed to be cleaned better, tiles repaired...The room definitely needed updating.

Great location right near MARTA entrance which was awesome since we are coming from the airport so easy to commute close to restaurants

Some kind of smell which bothers though it is non-smoking facility. Carpet was stinky beds linen looks clean but feels some invisible crawling insects over body that was not covered by cloths and my wife got skin rashes during night stay and she was fine during day out of hotel room. Overall not worth for the rate of $180/- per night. I would have five star hotel for the same price 10 miles away from downtown. Will never stay or recommend this facility. Additionally they charge car parking of $18/- per night, never heard of anywhere in 120 countries I travelled.

Great location in Midtown; MARTA station right next to hotel. Convenient parking underground.

Easy ride on Marta from Airport to Midtown, hotel is just around the corner. Good quick continental-plus breakfast. Perfect for Ga Tech visits. Clean and simple, small microwave kitchenette but no room service.
