Luxurious Loft at the Heart of Atlanta Near Everything

Cool and Trendy Loft for Families, Friends, and Business Executives.

The RoundTable loft is an ideal location in Midtown Atlanta. It offers not only some of the best views of the city but also immediate access to 30-plus stores, 17 dining choices, and the Southeast's largest Regal Cinemas theater. The place is just a few minutes to downtown and has access to underground parking.

The loft has three bedrooms - the master bedroom, the main level bedroom, and a loft room with an overlooking view - which can accommodate 2 guests. The sofa doubles as a bed that can sleep two. Shared areas include the living room, dining and kitchen, and the balcony adjacent to the living room. Each room has an en-suite toilet and bath for privacy.

If you book a single room, there is a high probability other guests will also book the other vacant rooms especially during the peak months. We encourage everyone to extend the same courtesy to each other.

The main door is equipped with an electronic lock. At least 24 hours after a confirmed reservation, you shall receive an invite to install August Home on your phone. Your number will be granted access to the loft for the entire duration of your stay.

Similarly, each room is secured with an automatic number lock. Designated passcodes to the rooms will be sent together with the house manual. We charge a cleaning fee, but we urge guests to maintain cleanliness at all times.

Some important reminders:
- Parties, celebrations, or any unnecessary noise are not allowed.
- Trash should be properly disposed into the trash chute along the floor's hallway.
- Perishable items and any food in the refrigerator should be taken out along with the trash.
- No pets are allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Always leave the FOB key and the physical key on the glass counter for the convenience of the next guest.
- We will charge an inconvenience fee in case of any damage to the property or losses.

- Check in time is flexible. We may request an afternoon check-in of 3 PM depending on the availability of the loft for the day.
- Standard check out time is 11 AM. A late check out of 12 noon may be granted depending if there are no other guests to accommodate for the day.

Lastly, we would like you to treat our place as your home away from home. We hope you would enjoy your stay and maximize what Atlanta has to offer.
