Well satisfied

The host was very nice and helpful. They responded promptly to all my questions. The location was very nice and convenient. When I come back to Atlanta I will definitely stay there again

Not a smoke free unit!

Prior to arriving the agent said this was a party free unit. Did we understand and would we comply? We said of course. Imagine our surprise when we walked into the unit it reeked of smoke throughout. The listing said no smoking. Expected it to be non-smoking. Called the home away agent he said he would address it. Also asked him for more towels as there were 4 of us and only 3 bath towels. The agent arrived with some febrezze plug in air freshener and some extra towels. He also brought us 2 bottles of cheap wine because of our bad first impression. It was a nice gesture, but we left it in the unit. We were so concerned about the second had smoke for our health. We had sore throats and dry coughs. Our clothes were permeated with the smoke smell. Additionally, there was no coffee maker, no soap in the dispensers at the sinks. The unit wasn’t very clean. Blood on the door to the bathroom upstairs. An eyesore in the downstairs bathroom, where a picture or something was ripped of the wall. I took pictures if you would like to see them. Overall, an extremely disappointing experience.
