Have stayed here twice... staff is attentive and friendly, rooms are updated and clean. While valet parking is the only option on premises, the valets were prompt and kind. This hotel is a good value for mid-town and provides easy access to get around the Atlanta area. Would definitely stay here again. (Would love addition of room service dining... )

The hotel is a standard, modern middle of the line hotel. Great for a quick stay in Atlanta. The beds were comfy and the shower was great. We arrived around 9:30 pm and the front desk staff was not very friendly. She seemed as if we were a bother to her. We tried to locate a water fountain somewhere in the hotel and the staff member, instead, charged my friend $5 for a water bottle. The room could have been cleaner, I found things under the bed. In the morning, we had a completely different experience. The staff at the front desk was very nice, personable, and helpful. A gentleman named Wesley helped us store our luggage and he was giving us recommendations on where to eat. He also gave us complimentary water bottles without us even asking. So it was, literally, night and day between the night shift and day shift staff.
Clean, updated property in midtown. Stayed 3 nights and had a nice experience. Like many chain hotels right now daily housekeeping is by request only… so I found a housekeeper on another floor, got a bunch of extra towels, and we kept it tidy/made our own beds/etc for a couple days. (That being said I am sure they would have happily serviced the room if we asked.) Valet parking is your only option, I think, but thankfully the valet was just always magically there. We never waited for than a minute or two for our car. ALL staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Literally not one person was too busy to help us or disinterested in offering great service or a smile. Would definitely book here again. Had a really good stay.
The property was very clean and the hotel staff was super friendly and great! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to anyone who wants to explore the Atlanta area.
I loved my stay at the canopy everything is exactly as pictured and the facilities are very clean. I am from NYC and this was my first time in Atlanta so this was a great location to get around by cab. staff was amazing and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Atlanta.
Valet parking was the only option given to me. My daughter and her son met me for an overnight stay for the holidays. We had to pay for valet for 2 cars for a total of $100. I think that’s an excessive sum of money especially for a low occupancy hotel during Covid pandemic. We will chose a different hotel the next time we meet up in Atlanta.
I love the convenience to the high and the alliance. I love the decor, the 24/7 workout room, and the breakfast. I wish the breakfast was still free. I love the valet parking, and the staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful.
The staff including Tanner, Brittney, and Anthony are incredible. They make everyone feel at home.
