Always an outstanding stay! Truthfully my go to place to stay in Victoria! You will not be disappointed. If there was one item that could stand to be ungraded it’s the gym. Other than that the room, location, staff and the Courtney Room are 10/10

This was an amazing hotel the only downside was how early the lounge/restaurant closed. The service and food at the restaurant were amazing but they closed at 9pm so you couldn’t go for a night cap after a day of touring. The rooms were spacious and clean I would definitely stay here again

This hotel was awesome with amazing water views from my room! Close to everything . The pool and amenities were amazing and the lounge atmosphere , staff and water views were fantastic

Amazing stay at the Oakbay Beach and Spa.

We had a club room with a harbour view which was great! The club lounge breakfast was still plentiful with enough choice but we found the evening choices lacking. Before there were at least 2-3 warm appies, veggies, salad etc. now there is only soup with one appetizers. The pool area, and hot tub ...

The hotel the located in a convenient location, staff were super nice, the hotel restaurant and bar was great too.

Nice cafe and pastry options. Lovely location right on the seawall. 10min walk to downtown victoria area. Restaurant was also lovely at night with the cityscape view lit up. Appropriately priced during our visit in April.

Great location. Suite was quiet and well appointed but lamps should be updated . Great bar and nice restaurant. Very nice pool and hot tub.

We really enjoyed the property. It was a little noisy from people on the street over the weekend but not too bad

Room was a good size and included a kitchenette (strangely plates were extra). Lots of noise however as front driveway was being redone Worse across the street they are redoing the shoreline for next two years so all hotels in that area are affected. Included breakfast was done well!

Overall, my stay was fantastic. Staff was very nice! The food at the restaurant was ok,however the dust was a issue for me inside the restaurant. I could see that the registers haven't been cleaned in a while.alsi the boat on the ceiling was also covered in dust. Other than that a very pleasant place ...

Very enjoyable stay - a somewhat outdated building but very well maintained and in a wonderfully accessible area of Victoria with everything within walking distance. Beautiful room with a view! Very friendly staff. Will be staying here again!

A-1 service. Friendly staff. Clean room service. Very good selection of food for breakfasts. Desk staff always eageer to answer questions and make recommendations for Sightseeing. Vacation was great and will recommend this accomodation to others...

Great value hotel with large rooms. Didn’t realize when booking, but we had a separate living room and bedroom with a small kitchen and dining table. Nice staff and easy checkin. The attached restaurant, Floyd’s, had friendly staff and good food.

Great location. Loved the valet parking and staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Front desk staff was welcoming and professional.The room was modern and the beds very comfortable. Rain shower head was amazing, best shower after a long day. We will be back!
