We live on the second floor 204, opposite the ice house, and every time someone opens the door we think our door is opened. The downstairs is very close to the road and very noisy

Problem with check in

The only problem we had was at the check in I booked this room in my husband’s name Jorge. And we paid with his credit card. Even tho he had your email confirming his reservation in his name. They made him wait for an hr and was not going to let him check in. And wanted to double charge him. He did get them to agree to the booking we made with hotel. Com. From that point on it was perfect.
