Lovely hotel, the room was clean and comfortable. Location is great and in walking distance to everything. Staff are amazing, we left an item behind and they found it for us and were so helpful. We will definitely stay again when we return to Victoria.

The room is cleaned and the room size is acceptable where it’s not too small. This location is only a few blocks away from the waterfront. We arrived on the 9th of October and it is raining and cold so we only stayed for the night and left the next day. I would prefer to visit Victoria between June -August but not October.

Good place to stay

Front desk staff very friendly as was the shuttle driver. Comfy bed. Room was rather plain and austere. Tiny bathroom. Good central location and the shuttle service was greatly appreciated.

The rooms are a bit run down. Rips in the couch, wallpaper peeling. A few other areas could use attention. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Clive’s was great for cocktails. We never ate in the restaurants. Did not use the pool.

The building feels a little dated but the location is great, our suite was clean and spacious, the bed was comfy and the staff couldn’t be more pleasant. We enjoyed drinks in the lounge and a delicious breakfast at Vista 18. Supporting a locally-owned business is a bonus. Highly recommend!
