We had asked for a King Bed and booked the room over a week before but didn’t get it and was told, no to the request. Also asked for a late check out, which would’ve been maybe 10 minutes and was told that the checkouts were sold out. Never heard of this before. Definitely not happy with how my request was disregarded. Didn’t enjoy the stay at all tbh.
