Very nice place overall. Close to all the tourist attractions. Only bad part was no central air conditioning, the portable ac unit was loud.

Okay room, no one helped with our luggage. Didn’t realize we’d be paying over $20 a day for parking. Breakfast prices were outrageous we went elsewhere

Chateau Victoria was the perfect place to stay in Victoria. Easily accessible to the Empress Hotel, Inner Harbour, shopping on Government Street and many wonderful restaurants. The shuttle was extremely helpful in getting us to various places, including the Victoria Clipper terminal.

Elevators were often busy. That was our only negative. The location to the waterfront was only a short walk away. We had a one-bedroom suite and it was very comfortable and spacious.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and responsive to customer needs. The room was spacious and meet the needs of our group very well. We were a generational girls trip, and it was perfect. Just a reminder though, that while breakfast is available, it does cost additional money at the hotel.
