The best place to stay in Victoria!

The hotel is magnificent! We loved the room and every amenity is at your disposal. The breakfast is very special you have 3 options. My husband is a Celiac and they went out of their way to make sure he got gluten free muffins. The bed was comfortable and the hotel is within walking distance to neatby restuarants and activities. 5 star!!

Just be mindful with the level of noise during the morning. I know the staff needs to clean the rooms, but sometimes is gets very noisy.

Great breakfast options, very nice that it’s made to order and not buffet style, where food can be cold or wasted. Staff are very kind. Parking is limited but we did not have problems finding a space. We did not have to drive around much during our stay as there were many sights and great restaurants within walking distance. I will be coming back!

We stayed for 3 nights. Amazing place to stay conveniently located - walking distance to very good restaurants and sites! Walking distance to the Empress Hotel. Breakfast was absolutely amazing! Excellent food and very gourmet. The food just kept coming. Rooms were super clean and very well appointed! Would definitely stay here again next time we come to Victoria.

I really like my stay at Abigail hotel. The room was very comfortable and the location was great as you can walk everywhere. There are only 2 points that disappointed me. 1) there was a lot of noise starting at 5am but that might just be due to the location of my room. 2) the breakfast. After reading all comments about how breakfast was amazing, I had high expectations. However, I was quite disappointed by the 2 breakfast I had. Pastries were dried and flavourless, there was only filter coffee, poached eggs were overcooked, etc. This is the main reason I cannot give my stay a 5 stars. I would recommend the hotel, but not for the breakfast. I picked this place based on the comments for food and because Im a foodie, so that was a disappointment for me

We chose this property for its unique look and feel as opposed to the large corporate hotels. We weren’t disappointed. Beautiful bedrooms, lovely quiet lounge, afternoon snack and relatively easy walk down to waterfront. We went to three of the restaurants recommended by the hotel and all were excellent.

Amazing Abigail’s

Superb stay. Beautiful room in the.coach house (C2). Such a comfortable bed, silky soft bedlinen and pillows as soft as marshmallows. Jacuzzi bathtub. Excellent location easy walking distance from downtown. Delicious breakfast and lovely staff. Look forward to a return visit.
