Every time I drive down island, your hotel is my go to. Clean, spacious rooms and walking distance to all things downtown. I really appreciate the front of house staff also who I had a lovely conversation about the history of the Rialto. Thanks for the stay. Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel. Right in the heart of Downtown Victoria. Our room was huge and beautifully decorated. All of the staff were really helpful in checking us in, sorting our parking and give us advice on what to see in the city.

Very nice rooms and the added benefit of the nearby secure garage parking was much appreciated. Only request would be to repair or post instructions for the floor heat in the bathroom as we could not get it to work properly, but this could have easily been "operator error"! Thanks again for hosting us during our Christmas visit!
