Good hotel with excellent location and very nice staff. Room was missing some amenities like hand soap, shower cap, Q-Tips. Parking ($25) was easy with multiple re-entry allowed. No on-site breakfast but some good options close-by (John’s Cafe).

We arrived early afternoon and our room was ready. We had just flew in from Toronto The staff were very helpful with parking suggestions and where to eat. Our room was very clean. We liked that the hotel is within walking distance for shopping and sightseeing.

Super close to downtown Victoria and close to highway accesss as well. Very central to both options. Can be a little noisy from traffic but it’s not really a big deal. They provide earplugs for your comfort.

The building is really nice, the room is nice and the staff are friendly. It was disappointing being told that I’d be receiving “two free beverages” and it being two cans of sparkling juice. Having to pay $25 for off site parking was slightly annoying, granted it’s very secured. The gym is also off site. You have to request an ironing board and iron. It just feels like for the price you pay you’re really not getting a lot.

The place was unique with full of services and amentites. The staff was very kind and proffessional. The rooms were well funished, cleaned with air condition. The price was fair and good for the position. I would recomend and will choose again that hotel.

This hotel was very updated and clean. The rooms were well appointed and the complimentary cookies and drinks were a welcoming touch. Central heating and air were amazing and the heated bathroom floors were very luxurious. While the location is further away from the wharf than others, this was a VERY good deal for the quality. The Palms restaurant downstairs was spendy but SO worth it. Very high quality service and the menu was amazing. They have two bars downstairs and the restaurant. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel!

We had a room on the second floor facing Douglas Street and it was incredibly noisy. The windows didn’t seem to have much sound buffering from the traffic. The floor in our room was very creaky, making it hard to not disturb your partner if you need to get up during the night. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.
