Nice location and the view is nice. Room is clean. Staffs are friendly.

The location is fabulous! The entire building is extremely dated, all furnishings from the early 90’s. The waterfront suite we had had a great View but again all the furniture and inside of the suite was worn and tired looking. Breakfast food quality was lacking. Service and view at breakfast was great.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, made me feel so comfortable.

We loved that the suite we saw online was EXACTLY like the real thing! Amazing views of all the happenings in the harbor! We loved watching the ferries dock, the sea planes take off and the water taxis bounce around like NYC cabs! The room was very clean and user friendly! The staff, especially Rudi, went above and beyond for us!! It is a unique property in that it seems there are condo residents there as well, but it was outstanding!! If we get back to Victoria, there is no doubt where we will stay!

Great central location to all the things to do with out a car.

Super convenient to everything including the Hop on, Hop off bus stop. Walking distance to everything. Great views. Safe. Tasty breakfast included. Helpful and pleasant staff. Quiet. Comfy beds and robes. It was a delightful place to stay in lovely Victoria.

The staff was great and the room was great i would highly recommend staying at the Victoria Regent when you are in Victoria. .

Great location, everything is walking distance. Double queen room was very spacious, good breakfast buffet. Price reasonable.

This hotel is convenient to the attractions in the Inner Harbor area, and to many restaurants. We were upgraded to a waterfront suite, which was spacious and comfortable. The view was great.

Very nice hotel, clean and well maintained. Super helpful and friendly staff. Perfect for walking to attractions. I would stay again but choose a different room location. We booked the partial view- Johnson St Bride suite and I would suggest choosing another view option or asking for a higher floor (6 or 7) room. The downside for us was the homeless camp right outside our balcony (we were 5th floor which overlooks the camp) and thin walls (you can hear every door slam as people come and go). I know the hotel can't do anything about the camp and they were quiet after 11pm or so but during the day the yelling, cussing, and drug use made it hard to keep the windows open or enjoy the balcony with our child.

We reserved a one bedroom king suite (950sq ft) online for two nights. When checked in we were upgraded to a two bedroom (1,250 sq ft) suite with a wonderful balcony and harbor view!!! Plus a full kitchen. Highly recommend.

Wonderful staff, excellent view, large room, very nice finishes, and large deck with furniture. Parking was easy - we could park prior to checking in. Location is perfect. You can walk to all of the main attractions. The rooms are more like a condo than hotel. Spacious halls, large bedrooms, full kitchen, generous living/dining areas.

Location perfect short walks to pubs, shops, restaurants. Wonderful views. Friendly staff. Coming back soon

Very nice not quite the city view as promised when booking. Clean nice

Took a bit of a chance in booking with the Victoria Regent, as we had no knowledge of the property before seeing it on the Orbitz site. Bit other reviews were positive and the location looked good, so we took a chance on our 1st visit to Victoria. Experience was so good, we know we'll be back and we'll stay at the Regent.

We had a full, one bedroom apartment (Unit 505), with a full kitchen, full dining table with 4 chairs. There were oceans of windows and sliding glass doors overlooking the water, if you chose to stay inside, instead of sitting on your waterfront balcony. It was HUGE, well appointed, with a very comfortable bed. And free, secure indoor parking to boot! An easy walk to anything you want to see in downtown Victoria, as well as to Fisherman's Wharf. If you don't care to walk, the harbor taxis will bring you right to the hotel. If you don't want to cook (although it was a breeze in that kitchen!), there are plenty of restaurants within a stone's throw. The Victoria Regent is an incredible value. We thought about staying at the Empress, but were put off by the thought of the ongoing renovations there. So happy those renovations steered us to the Victoria Regent.

Beautiful room! Staff were not only friendly but knowledgeable and efficient! Scenery great, location great. Breakfast was good (could be in a bigger room). A bit hard to find underground parking. No clear sign.

We spent one night there and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff, in particular, were friendly and helpful.

Thank you for your review! We like our guests to have a consistent and beautiful room, so we constantly review for any item that may need replacing, and we in fact went through an entire furniture upgrade earlier this year. Like any resort property our room prices do reflect the size, location and view, so we’re happy to go over those details with guests upon booking. We appreciate your feedback, as it always improves future guest experiences.
