The staff are EXCELLENT. Front desk staff Yosef and Sid = fabulous. Young Mr. Fix-it came to our aid when we were having problems with one electrical plug … showed us what we were doing wrong. Gal in breakfast area = cheerful and helpful. Housekeeping staff = great. Your staff are outstanding! Room is clean and bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is very basic but an easy money saver and time saver. Being able to borrow the electric bikes and kayaks is a massive plus. So much fun! Very close to the galloping goose for bike riding and the gorge for kayaking. Thanks!

Overall the stay was good. We were late getting in however the reception was friendly and checked us in very quickly. The combination living/dining room was functional, the bed which is in a separate room was quite comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, however the frying pan has been well used which caused a great deal of smoke. We looked but couldn’t find an exhaust fan for the kitchen which would have definitely helped with the smoke. The continental breakfast that was included was fairly basic (yet adequate) which based on other reviews I was prepared for. It included a pancake machine, assorted cereals, fruit, hard boiled eggs, bread, yogurt, juices, coffee, and tea.

Was very impressed by the size of the room and comfort of the beds for the price. Parking was easy and a short walk along the water to some nice dining options (e.g. Glo) and even closer to a comedy/sports club with great specials (Heckler's). Front desk staff were welcoming and open to an early check in so I could attend an online meeting. Would recommend!

Economical, clean rooms that are showing their age. The one bedroom kitchenette suites are ideal for a multi day stay. All of the front office staff are fantastic and very helpful.
