Great location —not in the busy part of downtown but easy walk to—Free parking a great part of stay and if you check-in early (even if you can’t Get into room) you can park and explore the city. Staff friendly, helpful and polite (aren’t all Canadians?)

I can’t complain.. you get what you pay for. I had an unplanned overnight stay in Victoria and the room rate was about 100.00. The staff were friendly but the room was not very appealing. Very thin walls and my wife and I literally heard EVERYTHING.. several farts from every angle, couples arguing, etc, etc..We will not return to this hotel.

It is a really nice accomodation. Wifi not alwaya working but in general good.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our clock didn't work and they replaced it quickly. Some of the outlets didn't work but overall our room was very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Visited Victoria for a couple days and wanted to be close to downtown. This hotel gave us walking distance to town, which was nice.

This is a little gem of a hotel in Victoria. A ten to fifteen minute walk to all the waterfront attractions and right on the busline, this hotel, though dated is clean and comfortable with a friendly staff.
